Carlos was wonderful! It was a great experience working with him and all the crew. They gave us a completion date and they were completed one day earlier! Every day I had updates on progress and pictures. Much more than we ever expected in service. Can’t say enough For the great experience we had.

I recently had my car repaired here from a crash. Although there were some bumps throughout this process and it took a very long time, in the end I am happy and pleased with the way they handled the situation and ultimately got my car back in great condition. I appreciate Carl for the communication and the 24 point inspection from BMW of sterling as well.

I’m so happy with the repair work that CarStar Centreville did for me. They were so accommodating and made my experience worry free. The service they provided was top notch, making sure when I left my car that I had a way home and way to pick up my car when it was ready. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. .. CCC kept me updated on the progress of my car repairs. They called on a Saturday (which is awesome they work on the weekends) to review my repairs and tell me when it should be completed. My car was ready a day early (yay!) and looked brand new! It even smelled amazing inside! They were very nice and I never had to wonder about the status as they sent updates every few days. Of course I hope I do not need auto body repairs in the future, but if I do, I wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else.

Great experience with THIS particular location as there are several. Precise repair and can't tell anything ever happened to the fender. Very nice people and the text messaging with a link to status was helpful.
Experienced a hit and run at the movie parking lot.
Fender was pushed in several inches and wheel was scuffed. These guys were able to use the existing fender and matched the metallic white paint perfectly. Not too white and not to yellow. I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend and go there again.
