Shady store and poor customer serviceI had ordered pair of wiper blades from advance auto parts website that stated free installation and when I went to pick up at store and asked they said no we don’t do installationNot that it’s a difficult task to do. But don’t advertise “Free installation “ when your stores / employees don’t do that.I know other stores that do it and offer it without even asking

The two times I’ve ordered items from this location I’ve received a item ready for pickup only to be told they don’t have the part when I go to pick it up and I need to goto another store or come back once it’s delivered. Would not recommend this store.

All I can say is a good costumer service is the most important for any business. I called at 6:09 pm first thing he says on the phone is can "you hold" didn't even waited if I would hold or not for quick inquiry for a part that is all I need but it seem a like the person that answers the phone is so much busy near closing time and I waited but you can tell if that person on the other line keeps putting you on hold for three times it looks like his just killing time till closing.I hope next time this business costumer service will treat customers call better. Not my lost this business lost one customer today.

I came in this morning looking to buy a 2014 Ford F-150 third brake light BULB. I specifically asked for the BULB. The lady behind the counter said "It'll be $111 and I can have it here by noon." I once again asked for just the bulb. She told me "you have to buy the entire third brake light assembly". It's scummy, she is scummy, and if management knows she does this and is ok with it the whole business is scummy. I wonder how many ignorant people she has fooled in this manner. I get this is a business and you have to make money but being scummy is not the way. Needless to say I will NEVER spend a dollar here. I went to Advanced Auto and bought my $7.00 bulb. Shame on her.

Terribly rude employee's/manager's, here. Everything is way over-$priced$ compared to most similar, closely located auto store's.

5 Stars because of a few reasons. First is the location location - very close to my business. We could walk to it. 2nd, more important than the first is the people. While they may have a newbie passing through that can be frustrating, the core staff does a great job for us. 3rd - nationwide coverage is a plus for us when offering a nationwide warranty.

No one knows of this place. But it's there. If you have trouble, ask for Dave or Carlos. If there is a woman named Janice, she can help if your not asking for anything to technical. Anything sophisticated or rare, ask the other two. If your looking for it and if they don't have it, they will find it.
