Bad experience, asked question for what I wanted to get done , the answer was yes after waiting 15 minutes inline the answer was no

This bank location is terrible. Bank tellers always look to be in a bad mood. When trying to go withdraw cash to try to get clean/new bills, bank teller says she cant. Ive gone to other branch locations and they are able to do this.

Please close this branch as well or choose management and tellers who are fluent in English with some customer service experience. Why are they unable to comprehend the needs of their customers?
