Service is unacceptable. Sign said "mix and match snack club 2 for $10, $5.99 each. Mohammed R. and Masood J., the two cashiers, were rude and unaccommodating. Masood was the ruder person of the two. They refused to honor the price on the sign, saying, "The system will not accept it, what can I do?" as if I was responsible for figuring out how they need to proceed. repeatedly asked them to honor the price on the sign and Masood said, "You can not hold up this line of people" and shaking his head in disgust as if I was the problem, clearly attempting to embarrass as me and place blame on me, even though I remained calm, but insistent. I gave them plenty of chances to figure out a solution acceptable to all, but they did not offer any solution. I took a picture of their name tags to remember their names which they did allow willingly, yet belligerently, but I suspect the company is more at fault in the larger scheme of things, not allowing their employees to use common sense, autonomy, and customer service skills to solve a simple problem. These employees are not really the problem. The company culture is clearly the problem. There is no reason at all that this situation had to be so unpleasant. I did not purchase anything, but I noticed when I walked by again that they had removed the sale sign. There are plenty of other options nearby for food and beverages.

Needing sustenance and with nothing palatable nearby, I got some snacks here. Overpriced, sure, but cheaper than the food at airport restaurants. They had chargers, magazines, etc., too. Friendly and fast.
