We had a fantastic experience working with Ramsey Haddad at Cabinet Discounters. He came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and our experience did not disappoint. He was very friendly and professional- answering all of our questions and re-working the layout of our kitchen very patiently as we discussed all of our options. Our ordering process was easy, and installation went smoothly with our countertops as well. Anytime there was a minor hiccup, Ramsey took care of things right away and made sure we were happy every step of the way. We will definitely call him when it is time for our next home project.

My bathroom was 33 years old. The counters were laminate installed by the builder in 1990. I had a jacuzzi tub that I NEVER used. It was a monstrosity that had to be dusted. I felt I could make much better use of the space. My toilet had issues and the sinks were not draining well.
Most people would say the bathroom was dated, that it needed an "update." I felt it simply needed some thoughtful loving care to make it more of a jewel in my house than the eyesore which it had become.
I am not a trendy person. I wanted a bathroom that suited the style of my house, with a romantic hint of history and a clean crisp touch of modern sophistication. Ramsey Haddad created for me exactly what I had in mind, and I am thrilled with the results.
This bathroom is the third project Cabinet discounters has done for me. I was cautious at first having heard horror stories from friends about jobs done poorly, left unfinished for months, miscommunication on supplies, tradesmen who dont show up, quality of workmanship and ultimate satisfaction.
The first time I worked with Cabinet Discounters, I asked for recommendations and was given a list of twelve customers I could call. When I spoke to each one of them on the phone, they were all happy to speak with me about how happy they were with their project and their experience dealing with the designer, Ramsey Haddad, and the team of craftsmen he sent to do the installation. They all said they would not hesitate to call Cabinet Discounters again in the future.
I hear frequently from other people their job took so long because they were waiting and waiting for the plumber or the tile guy or the painter, etc. who was busy elsewhere and not available. This is never the case with Cabinet Discounters because the project is managed to be completed in the most efficient space of time, which gives you your house back as quickly as possible and the least amount of stress during construction.
Spending $ to tear your house up and live in a mess for a period of time is going to be stressful no matter how excited you are about the anticipated results. The last thing you want is for the designer to make the sale and then stop answering your calls, which happens in other cabinet companies according to people I know. The opposite is true at Cabinet Discounters. From the day the cabinets were delivered until the last bit of trim was touched up, Ramsey was following the progress and answering my questions on the phone or by text. He spoke personally to the contractors while they were in my house working to check on how things were going and what needed to be scheduled next.
It is clear that the office staff and the contractors not only get along and communicate well, but they also have great respect for each other. I felt every day they showed up was going to be a good day because solutions would be found to any problems that arose and progress would be made toward improving the quality of my house and giving me a more enjoyable place to live.

We have used Cabinet Discounters on two occasions. The first time we were renovating our master bathroom. We did not schedule an appointment and just did a walk in and were met by Rick Grandy, and throughout the process Rick listened, made suggestions and even came out to our house to measure. Everything went smoothly from design to installation. Fast forward a few years and when we decided to renovate our kitchen, we reached out to Rick and went to look at cabinets at the store. Again, the entire process went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our cabinets, they are absolutely beautiful! We have recommended Rick to others and we plan on reaching out to Rick for all our future cabinet needs.

When we walked in to the store, we were greeted immediately by Kevin. He was very friendly, polite and professional. We discussed our need for a complete kitchen remodel, and he went right to work. We had a basic diagram. Kevin explained the various products and suggested we take sample colors home. He made an appointment to come measure and then had a 3 designs on his computer to choose from. He helped us with the hardware, backsplash, and counter top too. The delivery went smoothly. We had the option of them holding it until our contractor was ready or delivery to our garage whenever we wanted. The largest counter top wrapped around a corner and was just 1 piece. We could not be happier with the entire process. Kevin and Ramsay were great to deal with!

I walked into Cabinet Discounters with a sketch of a room and rough dimensions - without much of an idea of what I wanted, other than a kitchen remodel. Waleska was amazing. I picked out the cabinets, and then with her professional help, design expertise, knowledge and hand holding, ended up with a kitchen that is beyond my expectations. I love it! Every day. I am so happy with the recommendations that were made; the storage, soft close drawers, the design - that Waleska drew up (multiple times) as we tweaked and re-tweaked to get everything just right. Waleska guided me with my design choices, meeting me to look at countertops, looking at backsplash choices, supportive and patient. She and Ramsey gently weighed in on a countertop material I was considering - educating me on the durability, and potentially saving me over $10K in replacement costs. I so appreciate the professionalism, design art, compassion and kindness provided during this process. The encouragement to think about and give space to decisions was a joy. Waleska made sure that I was completely happy after showing me all options. Cabinet Discounters - the Best! Honest, transparent, really nice people who know everything about remodels!

We recently undertook our 3rd kitchen renovation. At the suggestion of my contractor, I worked with Waleska Feliciano at the Chantilly location; what an excellent recommendation! I was so impressed with her design skills and attention to detail. Waleska worked diligently to create a dream space within budget. She had solutions for areas I thought might be problems and she provided valuable insight along the way. We took delivery of the cabinets on schedule and without issue. This design experience was the best of the 3 reno's we have completed. We are very pleased with the design of our new kitchen and the quality of the cabinets. Thank you, Waleska!

Waleska Feliciano was my designer. I walked in with a hand drawn rectangle with wall dimensions. She worked with me closely, designed a perfect kitchen, met me to look at countertops, etc. Provided kind services with utmost professional skill in interior design. She and her team saved me from making a huge mistake in countertop material - saving me over $10,000 in problems.
Waleska's communication, ideas, listening to my thoughts, supporting my choices were exceptional. I am thrilled with my new kitchen. I felt supported throughout the whole process. The kitchen design went through multiple plans to get to the end - Waleska's patience, support and professional skills are outstanding.
As a single woman doing this project on her own, with no history of any remodeling project - I needed a highly skilled professional to work with. Waleska was suburb.
My 1970's galley kitchen had cabinet fronts that had fallen off and could not be replaced. It is a joy to walk into my new beautiful space. Thank you Waleska and team! So grateful.

Great experience shopping for Cambria quartz counters. Ramsey Haddad was very helpful and gave good advice on installation. They had samples of all the colors I was considering and offered great discounts bringing cost below others I had considered. I chose Kendal. Their partner, Creative In Counters, did an excellent job from measurements to fabrication to installation. Staff members were accurate, careful, efficient, pleasant, and professional. Thanks to Maria, Louis and others. Highly recommend! I love the counters and can't wait to have the cupboards painted and backsplash done!.

Rick Grandy had an incredible amount of patience through this journey. The project was delayed because I had to install the cabinets myself the Peninsula I put in did not meet structural specifications so I had to rebuild it. Rick Grandy was very respectful but insistent on getting it right so we wouldn’t have to have the CIC team come back numerous times he worked with me as we figured out the best way to design the backsplash. Further day of installation the installer suggested I take out an extra window sill to install even more backsplash. They also allowed me to change one of the angles that made the whole kitchen much more elegant bottom line, Rick Grandy, because of his efforts took my kitchen to a new level , my wife is going to love it when she sees it next week when the seagrass was discontinued Richard gave me more options and we ended up with a color that was 10 times better than the seagrass, and he gave me time to repaint my kitchen to accommodate a new color Rick Randy deserves a lot of credit for getting this right thank you Cabinet Discounters.

Horrible customer service and products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.We ordered very large master bathroom vanity cabinets from Rick in the Chantilly VA location Nov 2022, the cabinets were delivered on time, early Jan 2023. First, the delivery company was very unprofessional and rude. They proceeded to tell me that Cabinet Discounters should have told me that they will only leave them in the garage, which I said I was never told that and it's winter and I do not want them to warp. They ended up leaving the cabinets in the middle of my dining room...6 extremely large boxes.My contractor attempted to install them a few days later and notice one of the doors was not the same design as the rest of the doors. We also noticed a drawer was broken and several panels were warped and not able to align. We called Rick, sent pictures and he ordered the "correct" panel (which when rec'd, was a different color, therefore we had to re-order again). After much back and forth with Rick and he telling me that we will have to pay for someone to come out and "fix" their issue, Rick then came out to our house to see if he can align the cabinets and also to assess the issues. He confirmed there were major issues with the panels and that the doors were warped, etc. Rick took pictures and was supposed to write up what he observed and what was being orders so that we knew what deliveries to expect. We never rec'd a write up from Rick... we then proceeded with in the next few weeks to get 3 additional shipments of panels that were ordered. Again, when we received the additional panels, one broken (which again we had to have another replacement). Once ALL replacement doors were recd, we had our contractor come back (additional cost to us) to attempt to reinstall the 6 panels. Our contractor noticed some of the "new" panels are longer than other, some are wider than others, and again some appear to be warped since they cannot close flush. Again, he was unable to be aligned some cabinets.We have sent emails, made phone calls, Rick has told us that the manufacture is going to call us back, #homecrest and we haven't heard from anyone. It's been over two months now that we have had cabinets installed (without panels), over half of the panels are sitting in my hallway, paid in FULL, paid our contractor additional money in an attempt to "reinstall" the cabinets two separate times. We have had a master bath completely renovated and been waiting two months to be able to use our cabinets.This is horrible customer service, horrible products. They haven't acknowledged the time, money and inconvenience this has caused. They have completely gone silent.Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

Cabinets Discounter cabinets quality is unsatisfactory. I bought mid range cabinets and it has only been 5 years. Since the doors are not real wood, the material expands when it gets wet. Very disappointing. I have to work and replacing them now bc it's an eye soar.

The sales person was good and knew his stuff but the prices are high. Higher than other custom places that we have spoken with.
