In March 2019, my 2009 Mazda 6s would stall at low idle and it would happen every single time I drove the car. However, I kept being told by the manager, Austin Sneed, that he or his technicians could not replicate the stalling. I kept being told the computer was not showing any codes... This service center simply didn't want to have to deal with a complex repair. Oh "if it happens again feel free to bring in the vehicle" yeah.. it will happen on my way home thanks for nothing.Other issues I experienced...1. After I pointed out that my Virginia Safety Inspection sticker was expired, and after asking that both an emissions test and VA safety test be performed, only an emissions test was done at the time I picked up my vehicle on 3/15/19, and I ended up getting a $50 citation ticket for having an expired Virginia Safety Inspection on 3/18/19.2. Driving my vehicle home after picking up my vehicle on 3/15/19, I immediately noticed a ticking / scraping sound coming from one of the tires as I drove. I immediately brought this to Austin's attention during business hours on 3/16/19. This was not cited as a problem in any diagnostic and it certainly was not a problem I had prior to bringing my vehicle in for repair. This was caused by Brown's Chantilly Mazda.3. A plastic vent cover was missing on my dashboard when I picked up my vehicle on 3/15. This piece was attached to my vehicle when I brought it in for repair.

From the moment I walked into the dealership to the exciting moment of driving my new Mazda off the lot, I experienced unparalleled service from Simi and Matt! Prior to test driving the Mazda CX5, I was at Lexus. I began my car shopping believing I was going to buy one from that dealership. My father urged me to go to Mazda before making my final decision as he has been driving a Mazda for years and has been so happy. I took his advice and I am so thankful I did. The experience I had at Mazda vs Lexus was night and day. I immediately felt welcomed and genuinely cared for with no pressure from the salesman at Mazda. I love my new car and will forever be part of the Mazda family.

When shopping for a new car I consider dealer reviews/reputation as much as the price of the vehicle. Michael, Jeff, Samuel and Matt provided exceptional customer service, and exceeded my expectations. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had, by far. Very comfortable, no pressure environment. Thanks guys.

I bought my CX-5 in April 2023. Thank you, Mike, for your help! I chose a car, had a test drive, and got financing. I spent a few hours in the dealership and drove my new car home. I really appreciate everything the staff does here for the client. If you buy here, there is no need to go to DMV to register your car or get license plates. You get everything in the dealership!Also, I would like to say THANKS to the service team. It is a pleasure to work with you!

Had a stellar experience at the Mazda dealership, thanks to Joshua. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Post-sale, when my vehicle needed an update after the shop was closed, Joshua's commitment shone through. He arranged for a tech still on the property to facilitate the update promptly. Kudos to Joshua and the who Mazda team who worked with me for their exceptional service! I will be happy to do business here in the future.

I just picked up a brand new 2024 Mazda CX 5. Our sales representative Josh was amazing!!! He showed us all options and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I arrived at 9AM to test drive and purchase the 2024 CX50. We had done all our research so it was helpful for the SAFFORD Staff to help efficiently and with all their excellent experience. Tyler was very welcoming and understanding to our time restraint. Nick did an amazing job going through all the paperwork and financing as fast as humanly possible.By 9:20AM we were test driving the new car and by Noon we were done with all the financing and paperwork. At 12:30PM Tyler handed me the keys, installed our license plates and said, "thank you" and to call him if I/we have any questions. Now that is fast service! If we had more time, I would have waiting for more information about the new vehicle but since we did all our research, it just made the whole car buying experience better than I have ever had.Thank you Nick and Tyler for all your help. We will see you again.

I had free lifetime oil changes with the previous owner at this Hyundai dealership site. New owners for this site now. I called the service department twice over a month span before coming in to get my free oil change and I was informed both times they were honoring the free oil changes until the end of 2023. Great because I wanted to get my brakes and muffler worked on. I'm also in the market to buy a new car in the $40k - $45k range so I was going to shop while waiting for my service to be completed. I arrive for my oil change appointmnet THE NEXT DAY, after my second phone call to verify that they are still honoring the free oil change, and they say that the oil change is no longer free. Wow, they just lost by business. I"ll be heading to Hyundai of Chantilly from now on.

I just purchased a 24 CX-90 PHEV and was blown away by the quality, quietness, and feel this vehicle provides. Safford Brown Mazda was incredible to work with. ZERO pressure. Wonderful people. Very friendly people. Incredibly positive buying experience . I would not recommend anyone else. Carlos Bonds was my excellent sales rep and he worked wonders to find the right car. I have to say the entire dealership is incredible.

Just picked up my new 2023 Mazda 3 Hatchback at Safford Brown Mazda in Chantilly, VA. This was our 2nd Mazda 3 at this dealership with sale representative, Carlos B. Carlos is fantastic to work with! He is friendly, knowledgeable about the product line, and client-focused! They are honest and don't play games. Before I drove off of the lot, Carlos hopped in the car with me to review all of the features of the car and helped me set up my driver preferences -- which I super appreciated! The car is beautiful inside and out, with a luxurious upscale feel. What a fantastic buy for this price point!

As a first time Mazda customer we didn’t really know what to except with the dealership experience and weren’t very knowledgably about the product. Our Sales Rep Alex was very helpful introducing us to the brand and was delightful to work with. Alex had an in-depth knowledge of the product and got us quickly up to speed on all the features of the CX90.Our previous six vehicle purchases were Subaru’s, so this was a huge departure for us. Safford Brown’s buying experience was very low pressure, and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. The finance manager was great, and the process went fast. Safford Brown’s facility was clean and modern, and the waiting area was comfortable so future service there should be enjoyable. Mazda was a brand that really wasn’t on our radar and I’m glad we stumbled into the dealer to check them out.

Great experience here. I came in looking for a CE Mazda CX-5 and this dealer was able to provide me with that perfect car. Can't say enough good things about Michael and the rest of the team. He made it so easy and was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. Finance manager Jeff was also a pleasure to work with. There was a simple mistake in the paperwork and I did not notice til after the fact. I called Jeff up and he was able to provide me with a new contract. No issues and I was in and out in 10 minutes with the new contract. Thanks Chantilly Mazda for the beautiful new car.
