“I had a car accident where someone ran into my street parked car while it was unoccupied. My insurance sent me to Caliber to get the damages fixed. I brought my brother and we talked to Jamie initially and talking to him you see how genuine of a person he is! I felt confident leaving my car there and that it would be taken care of. I received regular updates on the car’s progress and when I called the customer service was great. Also as a female, I’m used to dealerships or auto shops trying to take advantage of overcharging or scamming me and Caliber Collision is the first body shop I felt comfortable that wouldn’t happen. They explained everything to me the same as my brother and dad on separate occasions and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Caliber because I personally had an all around wonderful experience!”

“I got in an accident and had it repaired at Caliber Collision. My insurance recommended them and I read the Google reviews. The body of my car looks great! They put a new aftermarket headlight on the car and it is brighter than the OEM, which helps at night.
BUT my car was returned to me with grease or something all over the front seats. Scrubbing with an upholstery wipe did not clean the leather. It’s due back at the dealer because the lease is up the first week of 2025. I don’t know if someone placed a really dirty/heavy part on the seat and let it sit there or what.
I sent Caliber an email with photos and they asked me to bring the car in. Due to not knowing what is on the seat, they are sending my vehicle for a full detail prior to me turning the car in at the dealership, which I really appreciate!”
“I went on Saturday around noon for an estimate on an exhaust leak. I did have to wait a few minutes because he had to juggle several cars (and the owner of one that was in the way showed up and took delivery) to make room on a lift.
The great news was that it is just a gasket between two sections of pipe. Even though it was such a small job, he offered to take care of it right away if I wanted to go get the part! Instead, I decided to schedule time later to take care of some optional work rather than do such a small job and still need to come back later.
He seems very knowledgeable, works on many different brands of cars, and obviously is honest, recommending just a gasket instead of major pieces of the exhaust. I intend to keep going to him.”

“This is my second time working with County Line and they are incredibly professional and caring. Quality work, they work directly with the insurance company, they work directly with the rental car company…I really didn’t have to do anything but drop my car off. I know the work is gonna be above par. They keep me updated throughout the entire process, and I usually get my car back within a week (looking brand new). I swear they washed and cleaned the inside of my car too but I’m not 100%…felt like they did though. This is the only place I take my Cadillac.”
