They illegally towed my taxi cabFrom my apartment I have ny sticker on it. The reason they gave easy improper parking when there was buch of ice and I was forced ro park in a Tighter spot. As it rained all ice melted during midnight and they took advantage and illegally towed it from ashford meadows apartment .Car barely touched the lane because of ice you can't see properly and parking was right.Now they demanding $200 flat fee for a 4 mile distance from Herndon to Chantilly where it was towed

Terrible customer service experience. Just overall terrible company would not recommend. When you need a tow you’d hope it wouldn’t be an even worse headache than having a vehicle broken down but this company is a joke as well as the young boy I had to encounter seemed like he hated his job along with an awful attitude.

I know towing companies have to do an unpleasant job but these people are pure lazy and incompetent crooks. My car got towed out of my own private spot that I pay for (and have been parking there for 3 years) because I didn’t “have my stickers displayed.” Then they just dropped my car on the side of the road after almost an hour of me waiting for it. Not even an apology.Made me 1.5 hours late for work. Half the job is making sure you’re towing the right vehicles and they can’t even get that right. 1.7 star average is very appropriate.

I have had my fair share of good and bad stories but today has been a doozy. I had called at 642PM to have a car towed from my parking located in Leesburg. Now mine you the person who answered was a young girl whom the employer should consider retraining when it comes to customer service and phone etiquacy told me that the tow truck would come between an hour to an hour and a half. On top of that, I need to clean my space or they could not tow because they need to see the number. It is nice out there but fine I said ok. It took me an hour to clean some of it because again it is our ice out there. It is 10 mins to midnight and the car is still there. I called again and the same young lady answered then told me they would be there in 45 minutes. I asked her if this was for real this time not a lie to get me off the phone and told me that it was all ways for real. If that were the case they would have been here hours ago. Mine you they are being paid for this. I will give an update again to see where this saga ends but this is one of those things that you are tired of and don't know what to do with such horrible service. Please be aware you will have a hard time with this company

Absolutely worst set of people you’ll ever encounter. The lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional. When we went to pick up the car, the girl behind the counter was super rude and when we asked are you always this rude, her response was yes this is the way I talk. If your car gets towed by this company, May God bless you!! And may you have the patience and calm to deal with such people.

Unfortunately, the experience I had with your towing service was utterly awful, to say the least. The level of incompetence displayed by your personnel throughout the entire process was disheartening.Moreover, I strongly believe that the quality of service provided by your towing company falls below acceptable industry standards. The disregard for professionalism and lack of basic courtesy exhibited by your staff further amplifies this point. I sincerely hope that you take adequate measures to address the alarming issues I encountered.Additionally, when I attempted to voice my concerns and complaints to Battlefield, I was placed on hold indefinitely, without any attempt to provide assistance or resolution. This vet was great! Took me as a last minute booking & spent so much time explaining my dog's options. The front desk staff, the vets assistant and the dr were all wonderful! Can't say enough good things about their service.

Either the hate is unwarranted or they completely revamped their staff. I read the reviews before going to pick up my towed vehicle and everyone I spoke to was very nice. They even took off $20 off the $250 I was supposed to pay. Not a lot, but nice.The only reason I give 4 stars is because when I initially called, the guy who picked up didn’t tell me he was transferring me and put me on hold for a while, leaving me confused and frustrated. The lady who picked up after was very nice though.

They damaged my car and did not want to cooperate at all. The employees were unprofessional and rude. The manager was not very helpful. He kept saying that my car could have been damaged by other factors/causes, even though my car was not damaged at all before they towed it.

They do exactly what they say they’re gonna do. My car was parked without a pass, and they were nice enough to move it all the way to Chantilly, 15 mins from my house. Then when I went to pick it up and pay the $200, they gave it back! Inside the by cashier counter, there is all sort of profane vandalism for some reason - and there is nowhere to sit while you wait - but, hey, that’s not what you’re paying for. I even got to skip out on work for about 1 hour, and I consider that a bonus. Customer service was good enough; although I guess my condominium is the actual customer. Still, they were nice to me. They even opened the door to let me out AFTER I gave them the money. That is hospitality right there.

Over the past seven years, I've employed Battlefield Towing for moving cars before parking lot paving projects, supported by clear and ample advanced notices, signage, and street markings. I consistently observed their drivers' high level of professionalism, respect for vehicles, safe handling, and overall exceptional performance. Regrettably, there is a significant number of negative reviews from others that may not fairly represent the company's actual performance. It's natural for people to feel unhappy when they're towed, leading to unwarranted and baseless comments. This is a great company for towing services.Service: Car towing

Would give 0 stars if allowed. This company is suppose to tow for our HOA. The HOA contracts with them to tow illegally parked cars (firelane, etc). The last 5 times I have called to tow cars from the firelane they never come. When I call back hours later they say it was never entered into the log or they say they are on the way. They NEVER come. Either this company has so much money they dont need the jobs or they are lazy. Either way, I will be working with the HOA to contract with a better tow company. Do not do business with this company, do not contract with them for any neighborhood services.Service: Car towing
