I walk in and wait in front of the register to be assisted, two men , one AT the register saw me standing there, two men in the store and no one acknowledged me or anything. He even took a phone call as im STANDING right in front of them. I finally say “is anyone going to help me?” To which one man says “gives us one moment, we see you” so IF YOU SEE ME WHY NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME!? Smh just walked out and went across the street to advance auto parts. If you dont want to provide basic customer service dont work in a service based industry

Don’t go there, especially to check your battery, my son took his car to get the battery checked, unfortunately they give him wrong diagnostic and said there was no issue with the battery, so my son had to take his car that would not turn on to Toyota dealer to be checked thinking it was something else, turns out it battery was dead, my son had to paid $193 for Toyota for his car to be diagnosed when he could easily just replace the battery if Auto Zone had given him the correct diagnose. Save your money go somewhere else

Standing in line waiting never mind had somewhere to go after. 3 employees standing there at the checkout one is on the phone the other two just stand there while the line gets longer and longer. Hello? She waits to be told to wait on customers. That's your job you should be doing it automatically looks like she's on drugs too. Why have that many employees if they're just gonna stand there?

5 star experience. Just had battery change. Service from store could not have been better. New employee P.T. was very pleasant and helpful. Store manager was also very helpful. Good old fashioned customer service. Really impressed by these folks. Will def be going back.

The manager was rude. And treated customers very disrespectfully. I didnt appreciate how she approached us and the situation. She was also paying attention to the customers phone and being nosy. I dont know the managers name but she was an african american women with braids. She worked the evening shift

Stay away from purchasing parts from this place. Seems that their parts last about 6 months . They will tell you that they have a lifetime warranty until it's time to collect and then it's a different story. The manager only made my situation worst with her attitude. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

TERRIBLE service, terrible experience at this location. Purchased an Duralast alternator in Oct-21, backed by their "LIFETIME WARRANTY" for replacement if part is defective. Service rep tried to explain to me, Lifetime warranty meant for only 90-days. When I go to pull up their own website, and show them online under their Duralast alternator, showing that free replacement for LIFETIME. He goes on and shows me a limited lifetime warranty for batteries. Which is not the same Duralast lifetime warranty for replacement(which again, is stated on their website) They denied my replacement, stating lifetime warranty means for only 90-days. I explained to them I had just went to another Autozone location and they stated they will swap it out for me since they have my information on file, they said its unheard of that ANY BUSINESS will give lifetime warranties. Further stating that they have signs posted everywhere regarding their warranty. I left the store, called a different location explaining the situation confirming they will swap out the defective alternator and replacing it. The gentleman on the phone explain to me long as they have my information on file, they will replacement it free of charge as it is a lifetime warranty on the Duralast alternator and he was confused on why the location in Chantilly would deny replacing it. The Chantilly location is clearly not trying to honor the warranty, as they had two service rep who is unsure of their warranty themselves. The service rep: Sam, who initially helped me, knowledge is clearly limited, who asked me what car company manufactured Acura's, as she is looking up the make and model of my vehicle. The service rep who assisted her in telling me about the lifetime warranty on Duralast alternators, proceeded to show me the limited warranty for Batteries. This store is really lacking knowledgeable service reps. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Recommend going to Advance Auto, or another location of Autozone, and not the one off route 50 in Chantilly.
