Amazing!!!
I will recommend Automax of Chantilly to all mature knowledgeable car buyers! Sabrina and Jay were great to work with and I could not be happier with the price I paid for my vehicle. I had been searching for my vehicle since October 2015 looking all over the east coast- that being said I knew everything you could know about the vehicle features and specifications. I recommend if you are looking for a vehicle research it throughly and buy your own CARFAX using the VIN.
I am very happy with my purchase and I will be back to buy in the future :)

Back in August I visited Automax of Chantilly to look at a Toyota Highlander that was for sale. When I got there, I met Jay and he mentioned that the Toyota was just sold. I asked if I could still just look at it and he said but he also said he had a Mazda CX-90 as well. I was looking for the 3rd row option and he said it did have one. I said I would think about it since I wasn't looking for a Mazda. As I viewed the Toyota, Jay brought the Mazda around anyway. I looked at it and took it for a test drive. It checked every box I wanted and then some. Jay was very thoughtful for bringing it around and afterwards I purchased it. Jay is very professional and answered my questions fully. We love this car and thank you to Jay for everything! 5 Stars!

It was nice and great meeting Dr. Sahib Mahmood at AutoMax of Chantilly, he is a professional and honest person. We purchased a Toyota Camry 2021 with a great price and great condition. I would recommend Dr. Mahmood for whoever wants to purchase a car. He can give you good price with a very great customer service. I am sure once you visit his car dealer you will recommend him for more people.I would like to mention that his price is always 4k to 5k down from the market even sometimes more.Thank you Dr Sahib for the great service you have always provided for me and my all friends.

My experience at Automax absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. I've been on the market for a 4Runner for ages now but Automax was able to hook me up with a clean, beautiful 2021 model that met all of my needs. The buying experience was seamless, and the staff here are very friendly and made me feel like I was buying a car from a friend, not a business. No tricks or other nonsense that I would normally deal with at other dealerships, this is the second vehicle I've bought from them and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for my third. I cannot recommend them enough.

I purchased my 2022 RAV4 on august 5th. The car was very clean with no problems or damage. Jay and Zia were some of the most professional and honest sellers that i’ve dealt with. The paperwork was easy. They took care of my title, tag and registration. Definitely recommend this place 100%.

I went back in to check a noise issue. Jay was very accommodating and made me feel validated. He has definitely made a loyal client out of me because he makes it a welcoming environment. I came across this place because they had a Honda Passport in stock. It was priced really well. We came in without an appointment on Saturday but Jay was there to greet us. He is a very chill person. What I really liked about this place is that there is no hassle or gimmicks unlike big car dealerships. My family and I were really just looking to get a car as is without added fees of insurance here and warranties there. At other dealerships you think you are buying a $30,000 when they add everything up, you walk out with $37,000 in financing loan. I did not want that at all. I did my own research on the car, I applied for pre approval with my bank and my bank offers free carfax report so I was aware of the damages and reports on the car. Jay was never pushy about us getting the car. He is pretty straightforward. He let us test it out get our feel for it. And then when it came down to pricing there was not much add on so I feel like I got a great deal on the car!

Bought a 2015 Honda Accord from them in January 2018. Great deal on the car. No issues in how it drove. They provided me with the CarFax report and it was clean and stated it was a former leased vehicle with <35K miles (true). I recently went to sell the car and got a curveball. I was informed it was purchased at an auction and is tagged with structural damage so of course the resale was much lower than I was originally quoted. Just be honest and let people make their choice. My experience in working with them during the actual transaction was good, no hard sell, timely communications, and pleasant. I am just very disappointed in the dishonesty in how they presented the vehicle as I had no idea it had been in any accidents much less one that led to structural damage apparently to the "apron" (whatever that is). And they did not have bad reviews when I bought my car or I would have stayed away. Now I know why it was such a great deal! And don't take any confidence in the Carfax as it's only as good as what is reported so if it's "clean", don't have a false sense of security. The other dealer I recently worked with was able to pull the structural damage report easily (and yes, I saw the report). You live, you learn.Update in response to Owner: Nice try, but absolutely false which is sadly consistent with the MANY other posts saying the exact same thing. So I guess the common denominator is that we are all liars... and you are telling the truth? My husband (who happens to be a police officer) accompanied me both times I came to your establishment and you did NOT disclose any accidents. I can upload the Carfax you gave me if you like as I still have it. And the accident you refer to was an old lady scratching my paint while changing lanes while I was at a stop light. It doesn't matter if I had a million accidents since I bought the car. The accident of relevance occurred PRIOR to my purchase, was structural in nature, and was not disclosed to me by YOU. Period. I will not go back and forth with you. My motivation is simply to warn folks about your shady business practices. They can disregard if they choose. I just bought a new car (Thanks, Elon!) so could care less about you or the cars on your lot in VA.
