“I had a car accident where someone ran into my street parked car while it was unoccupied. My insurance sent me to Caliber to get the damages fixed. I brought my brother and we talked to Jamie initially and talking to him you see how genuine of a person he is! I felt confident leaving my car there and that it would be taken care of. I received regular updates on the car’s progress and when I called the customer service was great. Also as a female, I’m used to dealerships or auto shops trying to take advantage of overcharging or scamming me and Caliber Collision is the first body shop I felt comfortable that wouldn’t happen. They explained everything to me the same as my brother and dad on separate occasions and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Caliber because I personally had an all around wonderful experience!”

“I got in an accident and had it repaired at Caliber Collision. My insurance recommended them and I read the Google reviews. The body of my car looks great! They put a new aftermarket headlight on the car and it is brighter than the OEM, which helps at night.
BUT my car was returned to me with grease or something all over the front seats. Scrubbing with an upholstery wipe did not clean the leather. It’s due back at the dealer because the lease is up the first week of 2025. I don’t know if someone placed a really dirty/heavy part on the seat and let it sit there or what.
I sent Caliber an email with photos and they asked me to bring the car in. Due to not knowing what is on the seat, they are sending my vehicle for a full detail prior to me turning the car in at the dealership, which I really appreciate!”

“This is my second time working with County Line and they are incredibly professional and caring. Quality work, they work directly with the insurance company, they work directly with the rental car company…I really didn’t have to do anything but drop my car off. I know the work is gonna be above par. They keep me updated throughout the entire process, and I usually get my car back within a week (looking brand new). I swear they washed and cleaned the inside of my car too but I’m not 100%…felt like they did though. This is the only place I take my Cadillac.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. This is the third car I have purchased, and my experience with this shop has been the most pleasant I have had so far. First of all, their vehicles are priced very very fairly. Second of all, their financing process and platform are fantastic. And third of all, their customer service is phenomenal. Matthew, the sales associate that assisted me throughout the purchase, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And again I must add: FAST. I walked into their shop at around 5:30pm and I drove off of their lot with the vehicle maybe 10-15 minutes after the shop closed at 7pm (Yes, they stayed there after close to ensure everything was wrapped up and taken care of for me).
In addition to the refreshing purchase process, there was later some confusion with my plates being mailed and the temporary plates I was given expired before I was able to receive my official plates, and once again, Matthew went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I had new, valid temp-plates on my car the very same day that I brought the issue to their attention.

“I needed a small, plastic coolant hose connector. Searched high and low to no avail. A good soul at the local Ford dealership steered me to AutoPlus, and sure enough, my connector was in stock! While my order was being rung up, I scanned the walls and noticed that AutoPlus carries all sorts of small parts that are essential for any number of routine fixes and periodic maintenance. Mind you, these were only the inventory items that are on display - - they got tons more in the back!Not your typical auto parts store...great inventory and courteous, knowledgeable staff. AutoPlus is now my go-to.”

“I own a 26 year old Lexus SC300 and have owned it since I purchased it off the showroom floor in 1997. I recently needed to obtain a second key to my vehicle with the fob. Unfortunately we found out that Lexus was unable to assist us because they no longer stock this part for a motor vehicle of this age. The parts manager at Pohanka Lexus, Troy, was of significant assistance to me in obtaining an after market key fob from a reputable local key company who cut the key for me. Troy then organized his service staff to have one of the experienced service people program the replacement key so that the fob was fully functional with my vehicle. Troy and his staff provided me with excellent service and were successful in assisting me so that I now have a second key with a fob that is fully functional. Thank you Troy for taking care of this for me.”
