Have been looking for a Jaguar for a while now, finally stumbled upon this 2012 XJL Portfolio. Price was a little higher than most places but the dealership offered me a good used car rate for financing and everything was taken care of. Car was shipped and delivered extremely fast. 10/10 purchasing process.
Update 3 months later: It took 3 months for my car to get registered, I was charged by two states for EZ Pass fees when my car was being transported to me and was told they could not do anything about it, and when my car finally did get registered it came in delivered without my title and paperwork. All time debacle. What started out as an easy process turned into a nightmare. Would never recommend purchasing from this dealership if you are from out of state.

My first time buying a used car remotely - Jack was extremely helpful and attentive and the whole transaction was very smooth and simple. The delivery from VA to NY also went really well and the car was pretty much exactly as described. Very happy with the whole process. A+++++

My experience at Auto by Design was absolutely amazing! Jack my salesman was not pushy at all and so easy to work with. The financing part was so fast and I love how they listed to my needs and worked with the company to get me a comfortable monthly payment. The car was clean, low miles and the show is full of beauties too. Thank you Auto By Design for making my car buying experience the smoothest experience ever! Hopefully no time soon lol…but I promise to see you again when it’s that time for an upgrade:)

Jack was spot on through the entire process from the moment of my first call of inquiry of a vehicle, to the process of sale to the delivery of the vehicle.
I bought a car with no sight on seen and took the word of Jack to describe the condition of the vehicle and the car arrived at my door detailed , clean and was everything jack described . Jack and Shah were great! Made the whole process smooth and quick and we’re very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing.
