The owners are very nice very patient I drove from Delaware saved 50 cents on the dollar and got the unit Home hooked it up everything worked as it should I can't thank them enough was worth the drive

They do not sell things as advertised. We purchased a "KitchenAid" fridge, and within 3 months, it broke. When we had someone come look at it, they said that parts had been replaced, including the compressor, which had been switched out. Do not buy from here. It won't save you money because you'll need a new fridge/appliance in a few months. They lie to you and tell you they can't do anything about it afterward.

Sold me a $2k cooktop for $900. I know the use of craigslist is odd, but they are legitimate.But remember, there is a reason for the savings. This is an appliance outlet. The appliances will often be open-box or have nicks and dings. But in exchange for minor (generally cosmetic) issues, you can realize some major savings (e.g. the 50% above) on new hardware.For example, the edge trim on my cooktop was bent from an impact, but I was able to straighten it out with careful use of a rubber mallet.

Owner is rude and obnoxious. He thinks he's the only game in town. There are plenty of places that sell appliances, in case he doesn't know.Walked out and purchased appliances from elsewhere, he doesn't deserve my business.

Mason was awesome! Super quick to respond to my emails, very forthcoming, and super nice when I met him. Even helped me load the grill into my vehicle. Can’t say enough good things about this place, will definitely be back. I don’t understand the negative reviews; don’t hesitate to buy here. I’ve had my grill for a few months now and it’s still working like new and it was only ~1/3 new cost. Hidden gem. Thanks Mason!

We found dealing with Mason easy and pleasant. We exchanged a few emails including measurements and pictures with him before coming to his shop to eyeball a KitchenAid 24" convection double wall oven - an upgrade to the 25 year old Maytag we were replacing. He walked through our concerns and potential installation issues with us - even checked measurements, offered us a much less expensive non-convection unit as an alternative if we wanted it. Mason does not employ an installer, but his recommendation, Walter Cuevacastillo, a private contractor did a great job removing the old oven and installing the new one. Walter had to move the electrical box to meet current code requirements and expand the cabinet cavity 1/4" on each side to accommodate the new oven. Everything was done successfully and professionally. Unit came, as described, unboxed, but new, with all the paperwork to register it. Registration with KitchenAid went fine, so we are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as well as a 1 year warranty from Mason. No complaints so far - everything is working fine. Price was about 35% below best box store price - so, if you want to save money and don't mind shopping in a "no frills" place, AppliancesVA can save you a lot of cash.

The salesman with worst attitude ever. I went to get appliances for newcomer family with very limited budget. He was not interested to show me what they have. Disrespectful and ignorant people to deal with. The salesman should not be there that day with that attitude. You have been warned!!!!!!

I lost my dryer and all home depot and lewes haven't it or takes two week to supply it from their vendor to store. I went to VA Appliance Store and bought what I really needed with 25% less in price and saved two weeks. The salesman of course need to promote his attitude.

The manager is a wonderful human. The store has all appliances you need with almost 50% off. I recommend to consider visiting the store before you go to and department stores to by appliances. Great deals
