Amazing service by Nancy. Was very helpful from the start and she even made sure I had enough contacts till my new ones arrived which I didn’t even think what I would do without my last pair of daily contacts I would of struggle lol she was the best thank you. :)

Be very careful and ask if you are going to see a doctor. Weirdest thing I've ever experienced is that they have surprise telehealth visits. Luckily it was free with this plan I got last time.

I had a great experience at this optometry office! Justin was incredibly helpful in selecting the perfect pair of glasses and made sure everything with the billing was handled correctly. The staff was friendly and professional, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member of Americas Best for almost 10 years now and have been to many different locations across the east coast as I traveled quite often for work. I can without a doubt say this location is the best one I’ve gone to. Richard and his team have amazing customer service and actually care about their patients. Their office is always clean, the staff are professional, timely, super friendly, and always happy to help in whatever way they can. If you want a good experience, I definitely recommend going here over other locations!

Just want to order glasses and only came here because America's Best is the only place that carries Pair in store. Brought my own prescription, but they only had 1 person who can do anything. I've been standing here for an hour as he finished with 1 customer and helped another. Incredibly inefficient and would come back if this wasn't the only day I could deal with this for the foreseeable future.
Edited to add that I couldn't even order as planned because my prescription was right at the threshold and "won't work" Giant waste of time and terrible and incredibly slow customer service. Don't bother going here.
