if i could give this place a 0 I definitely would. I put a hold on a car on saturday thinking it was a good option. I asked the salesman to make everything very clear to me so that there is no misunderstanding.. I called yesterday asking for the deposit back and the person who answered the phone was very disrespectful he quickly said “ we don’t do refunds “ I told him he never told me anything. He then on record told me “ i don’t have to tell you anything “ … i don’t not recommend this place at all.. they later sent me a message about a discount for another car.. How will i want to continue when i was spoken to so unprofessional and disrespectful ! i called them “ scammers “ because the man was so quick to take my $200 and never told me about no return policy. overall DO NOT GO HERE

That doesn’t exist unless you are willing to pay more money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy your vehicle

I drove about an hour here and I got here and the car I was about to buy was TRASHED. They were daily driving it for weeks and didn’t even clean it. The paint was peeling, and the sun roof leaked and had mold in the ceiling. Like REALLY?? It’s not hard to do honest business. I would take your money elsewhere… NEVER AGAIN

I bought my dream car from these guys. They are awesome and they took care of me and Gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable to drive from Delaware to pick up the vehicle, and to all the paperwork they are very professional, and courteous I bought many cars, but this is by far the best experience I’ve had at any car dealership.

I bought my van from these people last year since then from month one I've had to replace the alternator, the battery, the tires, locks, and everything else basically. They said most of these things were replaced before I got it, but the mechanic I had working on it says it's been at least 4 years for all of it. Not to mention the car didn't lock and since then the doors are stuck and my passengers have trouble getting out of the car. Its a mess, and they knew it was a mess and took advantage of a service member in need of a vehicle with no time to be as thorough as I'd like to have been. They also lied about the warranty I paid 500 bucks for and basically stole from me because when I tried to use it for some of the cost, the warranty company said it didn't exist. These people are Scum and steal. If I can do anything it's to help people not get scammed so please head my warning.

I recently bought a 2010 Toyota Tacoma as a 19 year old from this place all on my own. And keep in mind I live 3 hours away from this place. So I go there and buy it and on my way home my tire sensor light came on. Turns out all 4 of my tire sensors are bad. Within the same week of buying it my check engine light comes on. All my catalytic converters need to be replaced. My mechanic quoted me for 7,000 for it because the brake lines are bad as well. So I called the dealership and they said the only way for them to send me parts was having to drive 3hrs to them for them to do the same stuff my mechanic does and drive back 3hrs all on bad break lines. In summary this place is a scam and buyers beware.

I recommend this used car dealer, they’ve given us a 2022 Tesla in an affordable price and in good condition. The prices are better compared to other used car dealers. Whatever needs/promises you have, they will fulfill it

Don’t buy from this place. The Worse. They will sell you a bad car. Drove it back back home and I started having problems. They made me drive 45 miles just to tell me it’s my problem not theirs

Buyer BEWARE, I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry, nice price, dealer added warranty that didn't cover none of the issues with the car. The car had multiple issues that appear to be covered up, communicated this to him and was told to contact the warranty, I had to come out my pocket paying a lot of money after financing $27,324.00 (NOT COOL)!!!

BUYER BEWARE if you buy a car from here! The car was a great price, looked nice, and had a clean car fax. However, I do not live in VA and the car did not pass the MD inspection. I had to spend over $1500 in repairs so it would pass (all new brake pads, front rotors, back hatch alignment issue that caused entire back window to shatter when I shut it, drivers side window would not go up or down, rear light issue, plus many little things like all new wiper blades, front light out, no spare tire or jack even though the paperwork said there was a tire and jack and that all the power windows worked). When I called to inquire about the issues they were unhelpful and did not offer any explanation other than that I signed the paperwork so it’s not their responsibility. To make matters worse, once I finally passed and got my inspection, I called to tell them I had Emailed It to them so they could send me my license plates. I was assured I would receive them before my temporary tag expired. I did not get them and am still waiting for them as I write this review. I left several voicemails and sent several Emails and no one even bothered to return them. They stopped answering the phone. Their customer service is terrible. Once you leave with the car do not expect them to do anything for you. Very disappointing experience…
