I have been using this shop in Chantilly for over 20 years for all my various vehicles for state inspections, repairs, and maintenance. They have always been totally honest, extremely knowledgeable, and performed all necessary work without any "extra" unnecessary work. I highly recommend.

Advance Automotive is top notch. I have a 2015 Jeep with a lift that was in an accident. The insurance company sent me to (I won’t name the place) and it took them over 6 weeks only to to have a very unsafe driving vehicle.
I took it to Advanced Automotive and they replaced pretty much the entire front end (lift, arms, alignment, etc…) in a day and the Jeep drives like a dream.
Super professional, kept me in the loop from beginning to end, estimate was in line with actual, and cannot be more pleased with their service.
These guys are the experts when it comes to modified vehicle.

I am so very grateful for Advanced Automotive INC in Chantilly, VA. It was about an hour drive from my home in DC, but it was totally worth it! Darryl and his team was kind, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently to help provide the speedometer calibration I needed as well as replaced a brake light! I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Automotive INC of Chantilly, VA for your car care needs!

I came in for a speed calibration and It was an awesome experience! They guys were super sweet and very helpful, they were way faster than the time they gave me, and they notarized it in the shop ! Highly recommend this shop!

Great front desk customer service. But the man doing inspections and emissions. There has no business doing safety inspections. Failed me for leaking power steering fluid. I took a look for myself while it was on the lift. Nothing was moist. Nothing was dripping and nothing was leaking. Took it to another shop down the road. The same thing no leakage anywhere under my vehicle. Took trans shop They told me the same thing. There was nothing leaking under my car But he Put a rejection sticker in my car for leaking power Steering fluid, but my power steering fluid was not even close to being low. It was full. If I could give 0 stars.
I would. Highly suggest since he's the only one that does safety inspections there. And he just got his license. In order to give safety inspections and emissions, I highly recommend you dont Come here for that. Thank gosh. I didn't have to go out and buy the part that they said. I needed due to a guy who just got his license to do safety, inspections and admissions.

Great choice for auto repairs! I will seek out this business again, if needed.
PROS: Easy to access from main thoroughfare (Rt. 50). Upscale and clean area. Business is located in an "industrial strip mall" (as opposed to a retail strip mall). The area is well maintained. Great associates and mechanics. They are efficient. Prices are good and the job was completed in the time they said it would be. Associates are knowledgeable and friendly. These are good qualities when a customer is stressed about car repairs. The office has a small seated waiting area, which is clean (Yay!).
CONS: Parking is available and is ok. It is appropriate for the nature of the businesses in this strip mall.

Nothing but amazing customer service! As someone who always dreads doing anything with their car because I fear I am going to be hustled because I am a women, this location has definitely changed that. The staff is absolutely great. Chris answered all of my questions no matter how basic of a question it was and kept me informed of any changes needed before they were done. Very affordable prices as well! Definitely will continue to go back to them with all my car needs.

Let's start off by saying they absolutely had no respect for the belongings in my car and for my car in general. When I got my car back my dirt bike was on its side with gas and oil all over my car, then broke my TPMS sensor and had me pay for it then they broke the plastic in my car changing the sensor. Replaced my front tires with used tires that they had in the back that I did not ask nor did they confirm with me first. So now the front end of my car makes noise and then they replaced the lug nut with a bolt. Yeahhh I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!

Been coming here for years for state and emissions inspections, and other maintenance work. The team does phenomenal work, reliable and trustworthy, and get the job done in a timely manner. Wouldn't think about taking my car anywhere else!

The team did great work on my 4Runner. Frame repair and rear axle seal. They even fixed a couple things along the way including an exhaust leak and replaced front sway bar bushings. Super quick turnaround

This place is horrendous, they tried to scam me and the guys from the front desk are always behaving in a dissapointing manner. I hope someone look at this review and do something about it.
