Very rude and arrogant cashier. Had about 6 items totalling over $15 and I had to ask for a bag, he charged me a nickel for a plastic bag. I wasn't thinking fast enough. I should've got a refund for items I purchased and went somewhere else.

Maybe if the employees could speak English or do half the things on the register they should be able or are able to do, this location might be good, but everyone here is untrained and incompetent besides 1 single female employee with glasses.

Stopped here to get gas because I was almost on Empty. Price was somewhat affordable, and I was able to fill up. Easy to get in and get out.

this place is the best i don't like how people gave this place a 0 star that is so mean to them and i like it because i come to buy snacks and they are really good and those who are mean they are not being nice and i hate that

Nice local 7-Eleven in a really nice neighborhood and very convenient, they have a nice selection of snacks and beverages, employees are very cool and laid back but on most days this location is very busy especially during the rush hour periods of the weekday.

0 stars if I could. I don't live in VA just work here weekly. I visit this 7-11 occasionally. Today I went in to buy popcorn and lotto tickets. The first attendant indicated I needed to wait for the other. I did. The next attendant took my order for lottery, confirmed what I asked for an came back with only two tickets. When I confronted him he jumped to calling the police and other tactics. I said fine tell me who else sells lottery near by, you obviously have issues. The vague directions were a joke. I left and vowed to myself never to return. AVOID THIS PLACE they do not deserve the business.

Improvements need to made on the gas pumps, in the replacement of the old pumps. Certain pumps are out of order or very slow to pump.

Terrible customer service. Out right refusal to bag my product. Went there on the evening of 5/21/22 I was purchasing several bags of chips and 4 large drinks. Employee only bagged the chips. I told him I need the drinks bagged and he said I could put them in with the chips. I said they would not fit and they would crush the chips. He said no they want and said an additional bag was 5 cent. I said we'll charge me. he took out another bag and threw it on the counter. I ask him if it is normal for them not to bag product for a customer and he refused to answer or bag the product. if I wasn't catching a plane the next morning I would have went back and ask for the manage. Been awhile since I have been in a 7 Eleven but this one gives them a bad name.
