Probably the worst 7-11 in the Chantilly area. Low stock on lots of products. Self service drink area is a complete mess and doesn’t look to have been cleaned or stocked in quite some time. Prepared foods look to have been left out for hours on end. Embarrassing for the 7-11 companies

The person who claims to be the manager doesn't know the difference between pepperoni pizza and cheese and peperoni. He was trying to charge me for 2 pizzas in 1 and I asked him if they didn't put cheese on the pepperoni pizza or because he was charging me for 2 pizzas but thank God. I set. They really should change their manager.

terrible was not wearing gloves getting the pizza and was trying to charge me twice when I already paid did not give me a receipt .

Worst level of service for any 7-Eleven I've been to. The two people at the register were working, very slowly, did not speak English well, we're chatting between each other well me, and other people were waiting in line, They didn't have a clue how to charge a debit card for a lottery transaction like other 7-Elevens, I bought four tickets and they gave me two separate tickets with two lines. I wanted everything on one ticket when I asked them to redo it, they said no we cannot return it. I couldn't have asked for a worse experience!

The men that work during the week around mid morning are straight up criminals, they tried to short change the man in front of me and then tried to over charge me for my items. If you have to stop here CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!!!!

I got a receipt from the airlines to get food, and there is a balance of money, and I am a guest in the hotel next to this store. When I went to them and I want to ask them if I can use this receipt , and I only saw an impolite reaction and throwing the receipt to me as if I was a fraud.Very rude customer service!

One of the workers (Potentially owner) handled a simply situation poorly, one of their products that I buy all the time turned out to be bad.I went in to let them know if I could exchange it and he gets mad and curses me out under his breath and says they won’t sell that product to me ever again….It’s not MY fault the product is bad, I get it’s not their fault either… but how hard is it to just simply exchange it… If I tell you I buy it all the time/ for months (at this same location!!!) and THIS ONE TIME is bad it’s not so serious that you need to refuse selling someone said product and get mad at the customer and curse them out.

Don't look white, sound white, like white people, know a white person, and ofcourse be white. They will practically take a 30 minute break before checking you out. There can be 3 employees working (doing nothing) and just you and you'll still wait at the register for 5 minutes. I stopped coming here for that reason, and they made it a point to make sure i couldn't forget again.

This is not a good store at all. I bought a deodorant from here last week and this is not working right now and today I went to return it and wanted to exchange it. But they didn't help. They asked me for an invoice And that's ridiculous. They never give me an invoice when I shop from here and if they just scan the product I bought here. They would see it bought from here.

Painfully slow cashiers. to the point it seems on purpose. pretty sure these guys are on somthing. dude took 5 minutes to put 4 things in a bag.

The gas pump allerted me to go into the store for help.The attendant did not speak any English and thought I wanted to buy Reese’s instead. I requested fuel and pointed to my car but the attendant had no idea how to help me. Another lady had just furiously left the store. This store most likely lost a lot of business the evening of 01/01/2023. I hope this experience is not repeated.
