0 stars if i could. Went in for state inspections which is $20. Told me my wipers were cracked and need to be replaced….price for 2 wipers $60. I told them id rather walk over next door and buy my own to replace. They informed me that they would fail my inspection and require me to repay $20.

hello. Yoon Auto’s owner’s father,
This is a female customer who called around 4:30 on July 24th with a problem with the coolant sign.
First of all, I am a woman in my early 30s and I lack professional knowledge about cars. So, I decided that I needed expert advice for questions and problems about the car, so I tried to call and drop off the car, but was it such a hassle and a waste of time that it only lasted about 50 seconds?
Yoon Auto has been my go-to auto shop for several years for engine oil changes, inspections, general check-ups, etc., but after today I don't plan on visiting again, and I will actively share the negative experiences I had at Yoon Auto with everyone around me.
It's deplorable that there are no stars in the comments.
Not even 1 star is a waste.
If you find your customers annoying, hire a professional counselor. Even if you are an expert with decades of experience and know a lot about cars, and you are much older than me, you have no right to treat me poorly and offend me.
When you answered the phone, did you think you could ignore it because it was a woman or a young voice? You should only do this to your children, such as cutting them off when they're talking to others, yelling at them, and scolding them.
I paid my own money to receive fair service, but is it right that I should feel this humiliated? You may not be able to see it because you are not familiar with the Internet, so I will print it and send it to the store, so please wear a magnifying glass and read it carefully.
Was it worth doing business with Koreans in your neighborhood? The attitude of insulting and bothering customers who want to receive comfortable service in their native language can only be explained as an attitude that comes from being full.
Of course, since they have lived with that stubbornness for decades, they have no intention of improving it and it is unlikely that they will, but even if they do, I have no plans to visit again.
I don't want other people to have their feelings ruined by being mistreated and treated poorly like I was here, so I'm revealing all my names and sharing without hesitation the exact experience of the insults and frustrations I received today.
This article is not for the improvement and development of Yoon Auto, but is a message to convey to customers who want to search for Yoon Auto and use the service. You don't even need to consider it. Go somewhere else.

The next day, July 25th, I made a quick trip to Nova next to Dunkin', and they were very kind and explained everything to me, pointing out only the necessary points. I am very satisfied as this is the service I really wanted as the owner of the car. I was a little nervous about work at Yoon Auto yesterday, but all the staff, from the receptionist to the manager, were so friendly! After inspecting the car, he shows it to the customer and asks what steps were taken and whether the customer is satisfied. We plan to provide all vehicle services in the future. There was a classic place not far away!

My dad only went to Yoon’s Auto because he knew someone there. My husband took my car to get the oil changed and when I went to Jiffy to get it changed again months later, they told me that someone messed up the valve to release the oil and they cannot do anything. Even Firestone wouldn’t touch it and I am forced to go back to Yoon’s if I want my car’s oil changed. I am infuriated. They treated my dad well because he was an acquaintance but they didn’t know my husband was his son-in-law. Regardless, they should not treat customers this way. Once I demand the part fixed, I’m never coming here ever again.

There is nothing good to say about Mr. Yoon’s auto service. I drive a 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0T, which is a discontinued brand so I was expecting some complications when I brought it in for an inspection and sure enough, they claimed they had to “take a look at the fog lights, and is a very big job” costing $$$. The original Coupe 2.0T does not come with flood lights, the previous owner had put them on, and we had no idea that there was a law implying that lights that are attached must be wired to pass inspection. We called back, and sure enough they told us to come back after we detached the fog lights. Im honestly shocked and feel betrayed. If they new thats all I had to do, why didn’t they tell me to do so, rather they wanted to do nothing to the car, pass it, and make me pay $$$+. Greedy, and unacceptable.

Please be careful, every time you go for a car inspection or an oil change, you will be doing unnecessary work and replacing unnecessary parts. And the fees are very expensive. Sometimes I will deliberately make things difficult, just a piece of advice.

As soon as changing brake pads,
while turning handle, something big
sounds happened. No sounds before.
They said they did make anything wrong.
After checking, something is bad they
said. I believe that they made trouble.
I am going to bring my car to dealer.
I can't trust this autoshop.
I guess why something happened.
They have responsibility.
I am going to claim in court.

4 brake pads front and back at home
When you turn the handle after grinding, the bones break.
I ran out of time for 2 weeks because of the noise.
I stopped by later and bought two struts.
They said the herbs above were bad so I told them to buy them together.
I did. They say it costs five hundred dollars.

I absolutely recommend Yoon's Auto Care and plan to only support them from now on because of how smooth the process was & how extremely helpful they were! I just moved from Chicago with an older car and they were able to help me with the inspection, emission, and an exhaust/center pipe repair. It was all done within 3 hours and they even replaced my brake light. Truly it was a wonderful experience and I'm so grateful their staff/team was able to help me out so efficiently!

Terrible!... Not informative at all!!! The answer to any of my questions or concerns was "bring it in we will take a look at it", followed by "... It will be another $$$ to fix it. If you don't want us to fix it it will be $$$ to put you car back together" mind you, they were the ones who did the previous work and never fixed the problem. I gave them 3 chances. If they don't fix your issues the first time just give up and try someone else or you will waste your hard earned money ijs nothing personal.
