Too much to say. High turnover rate with the teachers coming from a former teacher here. There are no benefits. Kids are always so sick. I found MOLD underneath a shelf in my class once, and I couldn't get it off since it was hard. Management is trash. The owner doesn't know how to speak to her employees. They just move kids from one class to another without any regards to the parents or teachers. There's never any time for planning or preparing activities or the lesson plan. The owner, Pam, will constantly talk about how the kids are doing/learning so much yet will never even step foot in the class. She justifies her not helping out because she has a disability. Teachers are constantly leaving left and right. I'm convinced Pam doesn't actually have certified people coming in to inspect the center otherwise this place would not be open (why are we allowed to let the kids go outside in the rain? no wonder they're getting sick all the time). No one is happy here, even if it may seem like it, they're not. Majority of the teachers on this center's facebook page don't even work here anymore.

If I could give this school a zero I would. Please avoid at all cost! Management is absolutely horrible! The turn over rate for teacher is insane! They don't keep teacher more then 2 months. they also falsify daily reports that are given out. They don't list the teacher who Are in the rooms with your child. Extremely sneaky. They also have teachers that don't speak English and all im told is theyll look into it. A lot of stuff went down after the main Director left to go to the Centerville location. The new director shouldn't be in management period. Was given the wrong child by the "teacher" who doesn't speak English. some of the teachers extremely lazy and sit on there behinds for hours on end. For the amount of money we pay not even interacting with children. No actions were ever done When ever anything was brought to there attention. not a safe environment for children at all! Avoid at all cost!!!

My twins have attended Willowcreek Academy (Centreville) since they were 3 months old. Our family trusts the providers, and we are impressed with the school’s protocols to keep us all safe during the pandemic. The school just started a private, all-day Kindergarten class.

My granddaughters have been enrolled at Willowcreek for close to two years. They go above and beyond for their students! One was graduating preschool last Spring during covid restrictions and they brought a van with ALL the teachers from Willowcreek and had the ceremony on our front lawn. For these teachers to give up an entire Saturday to do this for their students was beyond touching. I’m involved in the daily drop off and pick up and the precautions they have taken since March have been excellent. No adults except staff enter the building, all children have temperature checks at door before entry. Older children are made to understand the additional precautions needed during covid. I feel comfortable knowing every step is taken to ensure everyone’s health and well being. I taught preschool for over 15 years and Willowcreek is by far an exceptional experience for my Grandchildren. Within three weeks of entering their full time private kindergarten, my granddaughter is reading and doing math problems. We couldn’t be happier with the care they receive!

My son (age 4) has been attending Willowcreek since August, and we have been very happy! He loves his teacher and classmates. He has improved academically and socially. The management is very communicative. I highly recommend Willowcreek.

My twins (age 5) have been at this Centreville daycare/pre-school since they were three months old, and they (and I) love it. The school accepts children from "infant-age" through pre-K. AND, in September 2020, the school added a new, private Kindergarten class. I have been very impressed with the school's COVID-prevention measures. Staff and children over 5 years-old wear face masks. Temps are taken every morning, and drop-off and pick-up are handled outside (people traffic is restricted the building). The staff members follow extremely stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols. Willowcreek also just upgraded its HVAC systems. My husband and I feel that our kids are safe and healthy there. Willowcreek has done everything possible to keep their lives as normal as possible during this pandemic. Other important things: Willowcreek is open from 7:00am to 6:00pm Part-time and full-time spots are available Willowcreek provides food to children (breakfast, lunch, snacks) Willowcreek provides a "sibling discount" (20% off the second child's tuition)

I sent my daughter here and loved how much she grew as a little person here. She learned to potty train before I even initiated it due to the doting staff and teachers, and she was well taken care of overall. There are lots of holiday/seasonal parties for the kids to enjoy. She got to move up to the next room with peers, had interesting crafts, activities, and projects to participate in, and she liked her teachers. When she started as an infant, I was worried about leaving her but she was in excellent hands. On top of that, the director is excellent providing timely communications, invoices, paperwork, etc. Prices can increase marginally on an annual basis but that appears to be standard for childcare centers.

The staff members are great and the Director and assistant Directors are attentive to the kids and parents.

We registered our daughter at Willowcreek last April 2014. we paid $100 registration fee plus $169 (for two days a week) to hold a spot for us. we decided not to enroll and told them 2 weeks before the date. we were told we would not get the $100 registration fee back but we would get the deposit to hold the spot back. we waited and finally got a statement in the mail in Jan.2015 but no refund. we waited a little longer for the check. today i went to talk to them, and i was told that i will not getting my deposit back either. so basically i was robbed of $269 for not even attending one minute of class with t hem. i dont know what kind of business model that is but it's robbery. so please be sure you want to enroll. you will be punished if you decide to change your mind. such BS.

Our elementary school-aged daughter does before & after school care at Willowcreek, and they take very good care of her. She has a lot of fun with the other kids and they always seem well supervised.

This school has been amazing for my kids. The infant room especially with Ms. Yun and Ms. Syliva are amazing! The staff and Directors go out of their way to be friendly, and involved. I cannot say enough nice "things"! Go for a tour!

Please avoid this daycare center at all cost. I don't understand this school's management at all. At first, they seemed very welcoming you to get you in but later on they ignored you. My daughter was 20 months old when she was admitted to the school. This was her first very time at a daycare center and she didn't have a lot of self-help skills at the time. After two weeks in the toddler class, we received a mail from the school advising my daughter would be promoted to Pre-school 1 class for 2 years old kids while she was not even 22 months old. We aksed the management to still keep her at the current class so she can pick up some self-help skills before going to a higher class. They ignored our request because they had to balance the teacher workload. In the toddler classroom, the ration was supposed to be 5:1 but there was 13 kids and only 2 teachers! We figure out her class was short of teacher so she was promoted. They didn't really care much about the kids. The management is a mess! They called us up a few times to tell us "your daughter has high fever, and you need to pick her up now" but when we got there, our daughter didn't have any fever at all but she was crying so much since she didn't have breakfast! She's a picky eater and just transited from baby food to solid food. The management does not seem to understand and cooperate with the parents at all. The third time they called us up (within a month) to tell our daughter was having high fever, we got there, our daughter didn't have any fever but running nose. Next day, she was not admitted to the class because there is no doctor note!!! They didn't even bother to tell us that she needed a doctor note before going back to class when we picked her up the previous day. Forgot to mention that they even took the kids to the playground without jackets on when it was 60 ish degrees outside. That was why my daughter got running nose - not fever! The management - Kristine and Samira - are not listening and cooperating at all when we were trying to advising as to why our daughter was crying so much. It was simply because she was hungry and they didn't feed her right. How could you have a peace of mind at work when the daycare center keep calling you about your daughter crying nonstop or "seems to have fever?" Please avoid this daycare at all cost ! They are pricier than other centers and they don't care for your little ones!

We love Willowcreek! The employees seem to really love kids and enjoy being at work. I have found them to be very flexible and accommodating. My daughter has even cried when it was time to go home because she wanted to stay. It is on the pricier side for day care in this area, but I do believe that you get what you pay for. I read the other reviews and have never had any issues like what was posted about. I recommend Willowcreek to everyone. We've contemplated moving closer to work, but do not want to give up this day care option.
