The customer service is very poor at this branch. I been to branches across the country and never received the hostility I received from the teller that waited on me. She also shorted me a dollar from the check I cashed. Now i know why the rating fir this branch was 1.9 !

Terrible experience, I had an appointment to get an insurance check authorized and stamped, less than an hour before my appointment, I received a call from Mee Tan, who would be assisting; she told me the paperwork I would need for the appointment, nothing she described matched what I had received. I made two trips to UPS to print out paperwork she insisted I needed, and after being at the bank for two hours with both of my children, she was unable to get my check stamped. At one point, there were three people around her desk trying to figure out how to get this check stamped. A few days later, I received a call from her stating I needed to contact the insurance department at Wells Fargo, I spoke to them today and they said there should have been no issue getting the check stamped, and that I didn’t need any paperwork, only the claim number on the front of the check. An incredibly frustrating experience, I will never return to the Centreville location if I get assistance at another nearby location.

I gave them 1 star because I had no choice. I have had personal and business accounts for close to 10 years. The service has progressively gone from bad to worse. They do not care about their customers and they will not do anything to help you unless you have an appointment. I have seen them sitting at their desks doing nothing for a while.

I really need to wire money today, and I arrived at this branch at 2:35pm. The banker told us she can’t help me to wire money because I didn’t make appointment. She didn’t have any customers at that time. But she told me she will have customer at 3:00pm. Two bankers didn’t take any walk in customers. Bank should be convenient for walk in customers.What's the use of a bank if it can't help customers who walk in?

It was so disheartening to get a phone call today from my mother who was beyond upset about this branch. She goes inside to get help from any banker or teller since she does not understand English too much. Maydelin was the teller assisting her today who was beyond rude and this is not the first time. My mom went to her because there wasn’t anyone else who speaks Spanish and she has difficulties understanding. She did not want to make a transfer for her from her savings to checking. She also asked if she could be shown how to transfer her rewards from her Wells Fargo credit card and she told her to use the app or atm, she clearly did not want to help her. What really upset my mother was the branch manager who escorted her out due to the their discussion of not being able to help her. We will be contacting corporate regarding this matter as it was not handle in a very professional manner and clearly reading all the previous reviews neither employee has been held accountable for their rude/ dismissive customer service.

Just visited this location to get something notarized that DMV asked me to do. I am a Wells Fargo Business customer, the middle eastern looking gentleman said he couldn't do it then proceeded to pretend to call somebody then accused me that I was recording him which I wasn't. I showed him my phone, then says he couldn't help me. This guy needs to go to customer service training.

Incompetent and nasty/RUDE people work here. Teller have attitudes and bankers don't listen to what customers needed from the beginning and misdirect you. AND they blames customers for telling inaccurate information lolThey just DONT LISTEN. Full of themselves.

We needed an Estate Settlement document from the state of PA notarized and went to the local Centreville branch where we have been long time members. We were denied notary services because they will only notarize documents they are familiar with and that originate in VA. The notary actually suggested changing the document to VA so he could sign it.The notary at UPS was more than helpful and even made copies for us.Needless to say we won’t be banking much longer at Wells Fargo.

Pitiful pitiful pitiful business. Kind of like a third world country when you go try to get service in there it's hit or miss, it's worse than the blind leading the blind if that's possible it's bad.

I recently visited the Centreville branch of Wells Fargo and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.I approached the branch manager with a few concerns I had, expecting the level of service Wells Fargo is typically renowned for. However, the manager seemed disinterested in assisting me and their demeanor was rather curt and unprofessional.Banking matters often require a degree of sensitivity and understanding, especially when dealing with clients' financial concerns. I was hoping for a patient and attentive ear, coupled with the provision of possible solutions, as that is the level of service one would expect from a banking institution as esteemed as Wells Fargo.Unfortunately, the manager failed to demonstrate these essential qualities. Instead, they appeared detached and nonchalant about my concerns. This experience was disheartening, as it was not up to the standard of service I have come to associate with Wells Fargo.While I remain a loyal customer, I hope that this feedback can be used to improve the service quality at the Centreville branch. The branch management team needs to understand the importance of courteous customer interaction, and how a negative experience can potentially impact a customer's relationship with the bank.I hope to see a noticeable improvement in the level of customer service during my future visits.

Full on negligence. Told me that my signature didn’t match but decided to give me my withdrawal anyways, but then kept my debit card. Banker told me it was for safety and teller said she forgot, not even consistent with their excuses
