Very bad experience I would not return to this Walgreens ever again. The Hispanic cashiers are terrible when you are buying, they don't want to sell to you as if you were stealing, oh like if they took something from them when you received a reward, they are too immature and they don't know how to tell you the rules of the store, they are stupid rules, they don't. They agree with the store, I told them to show me the policy discs and they don't show me anything, they are very ridiculous.

I have had a very bad experience with the staff, they are very mediocre at serving the customer. The manager is the same. Ah, all the regular employees, the truth is, I would not return. Ah, this tempt, they never even respect the promotions of the app that they put on themselves.

Super bad experience when going to the checkout, the cashiers are super terrible, they are always reluctant, they do not allow you to pay for separate things because they are store rules and then they call the managers and they are just like the employees, not at all friendly.

This morning I went to the store and they have very terrible staff. They put on promotions and they don't want to sell this morning, they told me that I can only buy a certain amount of products when until the promotions they say if you buy so many you save so much and they only told me that I can buy 4 of each thing, which is the rule of the store, no. I see the rule when they have a coupon that is requiring me to buy 5. The working staff, including the managers, Mr. Henry, the way they treat customers, are too stupid.

The SLOWEST DRive thru in Fairfax County . If someone has more than one or two Rx and has to wait for them, please don’t sit at the window, in your car and wait for them . Go inside . Pharmacy staff needs to tell people to come in ! Moving to CVS or Giant .

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with. Call waits are forever. Hangs ups and no pick up on calls. Look for another pharmacy.

They are so careless. When I tried to do drive through pickup on my item, they told me to give them the card in 1 minute because they have to go to lunch. When I got the card and item back I got someone else’s item. I told them my number and address, but they still gave me different person’s item because they were in hurry to go to lunch giving me whatever that was in their hands. When I went into the store to tell them I got wrong item, they said they can’t help me because pharmacists went to lunch. No apology and their attitude was rude.

Ordered 24x36 poster photo online. Employee were making excuses that she need to count money and change printer paper that takes a lot of work. I needed poster the same day for wedding they keep saying to pick it up tomorrow morning. Worst customer service I have experienced at the store. never going back again

This place regularly has medication out of stock, over 30 minute-long waits on the phone and in line, and there often looks like there is only ever one person behind the counter. I have never been able to get medication from this Walgreens easily and it should just be shut down at this point because it is useless.

The pharmacy is VERY short staffed. I’m in the store to pick up a prescription on a Friday afternoon at 3:30. The drive thru was 6 deep so I went inside. I was then met with a 10 person line. Instead of assisting customers, they’re taking breaks. I never used to have a problem with this pharmacy. In fact, I switched from CVS for this very same reason. Time to find yet another pharmacy…. No point in auto renew or call ahead if you have to wait 45 min. just to pick up a ready prescription. ??♀️

No service, no employee's and a shoplifters paradise. Takes way to long to pickup rxs while people are staring at a computer screen and no eye contact.

Terrible policies. They don’t allow printing a passport photo from my phone. Only if they take it at the premise.

This pharmacy does not value wellness or health. They are frequently understaffed and medications are often out-of-stock. The drive-thru is a nice convenience, but 50% of the time it is closed. These were frustrating conditions when dealing with my routine medications.
Today was the last straw. My daughter was diagnosed with Influenza and we were within the window for Tamiflu, but barely. Hours after the prescription was sent to Walgreens by her doctor, I didn't see anything in the app and I hadn't received any calls or texts. I proactively called Walgreens and learned that they were out of stock (after waiting on hold for 10 minutes). I had to call them, and this made us lose 3 more hours. Walgreens told me they would transfer the prescription to CVS immediately. 45 minutes later I called CVS and was told Walgreens had not contacted them. They had no record of the Tamiflu for my daughter. The CVS pharmacist was very nice, assuring me they had plenty of Tamiflu in stock. The CVS pharmacy contacted Walgreens on my behalf to initiate the transfer.
I highly encourage you to rethink using this Walgreens. The staff themselves are nice, but the pharmacy is in a continual state of chaos.

I have been on hold for an hour and 18 minutes waiting to talk to a pharmacy rep. Initially, the system said there were two calls ahead of me. After 24 minutes, there was one call ahead of me. That's the way it stayed until the hour and 18 minute point which was when I finally hung up. Is there anyone actually answering calls at this location? ? This is unacceptable.

One of the worst if not the worst in picking up prescribed medications. They are very slow and talk to much to peers even if there is a long line. Will never use their pharmacy.
