The most friendly and helpful staff here are the Korean-Americans. They are very courteous and you can see in their smiles that they love their job!

I would give zero stars if possible. The employees here don’t understand their own regulations for mailing packages. They can’t accept labels created from the usps website and can’t mail packages following their own guidelines.Completely incompetent, you’re better off trying to go to another post office where the employees know how their own guidelines.

I see why people don’t want to deal with usps, coming here. Slow with a superior who doesn’t have to ability to be a cashier?! #MakesNoSense

Everyone there is always so nice. I go there specifically for that reason I try to walk in with a positive attitude, knowing it will take time because people have lots of questions when you go to the counter.

The clerks are friendly and polite, even though short staffed, they do their best. Only concern is that when just dropping off a pre-paid package into slot, it takes FOREVER to have it scanned and processed, sometimes many many hours to see the tracking info. on email.

Very quick and knowledgeable clerk desk people. Ryan in particular has helped me a handful of times and is exceptional at what he does. Thank you Ryan !

BLUF: The day after Thanksgiving was the perfect day to go! I was the only one there at one point, and then a couple other people sauntered in. The USPS counter staff were pleasant, responsive, helpful. If you're an organized and prepared customer, you should be able to get in & out rather quickly. Please don't get upset with the staff because you haven't done your part.I have never ever seen this post office without a line before...well, other than when the post office was closed. I showed up for passport processing, and even though all staff weren't quite expecting me, they worked efficiently and got me in & out in less than 10 minutes since I had everything ready to go. A line didn't even build up behind me likely because most people were put & about just beginning their holiday shopping. Many thanks to the staff at the USPS staff at the Lee Hwy/Centreville, VA branch (by Trader Joe's)! You helped me check off a to-do list item that has been sitting idle for a long time! Hope you all get through another crazy but pleasant holiday season safely & sanely.

I went in for a package pickup and Ryan was so nice! He was very friendly to everyone in line and even though it was close to closing time, he didn't make anyone behind me feel bad. I just felt like that deserved a shoutout because it's not always that you find someone so helpful and kind.

First time at this usps location, worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a USPS. No one was available at the counter, a queue was forming and no attendants. An African American man from the back came up to assist as he saw no one else was up. I brought a plastic envelope for return which the instructions were “no packaging no label, bring code to USPS and they will print and ship” as I set the bag on the counter he looked at me like I was mental. Pointed to my bag and said I have to tape it, I said sorry that’s not what the instructions gave me. He said not his problem, he couldn’t do anything until I taped it, I said I didn’t come equipped with tape as I wasn’t told to. He said “well I’m telling you how it is” and refused to be helpful. I asked how much a tiny 2 inch strip of tape would cost. He had some there on the counter. He said if I had priority shipping he might be able to use some tape and I said it wasn’t as it was a retail item return. He pointed me to the wall to buy rolls of tape and told me there was tape for purchase for $2. It was not worth it to me and his attitude could not have me walking out of there fast enough. I didn’t realise USPS could be so rude over 2 inches of tape. Will not recommend this location to anyone that actually might be seeking assistance from staff for packaging.

I've been to many post offices in my life in many different states and this post office in Centreville is by far the most helpful with the kindest most knowledgeable staff! They move the lines so effectiently

Staff is friendly. However, this office is one of those that never answers phone calls. I understand that this is a common issue for most of the USPS offices but I have also heard that some offices answer phone calls. Unfortunately, this one is not the one.

My house is between Menasas and Centerville, so delivery comes from both sides. By the way, my stuff is safe because what is delivered from the Manasas Post Office is always delivered to the front door of the house. However, the centreville post office always leaves it at the entrance of the street in front of the house or on the lawn, so sometimes my stuff gets rained on or lost. Please be faithful to the delivery man's duty.

I asked to pay for a book of stamps, but was told by the cashier that I need to have the mail with me in order to pay for them. Another person asked for the same thing and was able to buy them right away. Terrible service
