It is difficult to determine which postal facility is worse - Aldie or Sully. The mail for the box holders @ Aldie is scanned in @ Sully, but it can take as long as three days for it to travel the 15 miles from Sully to Aldie. Think about that - 3 days. And neither office says they can account for it over those three days. Sully says the scanned in mail leaves for Aldie the same day it is scanned, and Aldie says they do not receive it until the day it is posted - which can be three days later. So which one is lying? Probably both. These people have no interest in doing their jobs; just show up for work and get a check. Sort of a like a "participation award." Absolutely atrocious, and don't bother to contact your Congresswoman's office for help. You'll be accused of being a "right wing extremist."

I needed to get a new passport my children. I was helped by one of the employees his name was Eduardo. he would just be so rude and look at me with the most hateful eyes. I am not only give him bad review but there are so many worse review over him. Need to give him training how to treat customer equally and dignity. Postal manager should be take action ASAP. Basically he is not fit for that job.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUELong lines and rude staff. Unless you're just dropping off prepacked packages, do not go here. ESPECIALLY if you need a Passport. The staff is clueless and very rude if you have any questions. Worst experience at this location.

Waited in the lobby for 1 hour and 40 minutes and had the worst experienced that I have ever experienced in my life by encountering the rudest, uneducated, inarticulate, and unprofessional Eduardo Pena. I know for fact, you do not enjoy working for the post office and do not care about providing excellent customer service, therefore it would be simple for you to quit your clerk job. Eduardo, you need to be ashamed of your communication skills and personality. In addition to that, the manager—I think her name was Karen—needs training on how to educate customers and avoid making them wait for nearly two hours. For me, that hour and forty minutes are worth as much as four minutes are for you. I appreciated the clerk lady at the front who understood me and called the main office. She is a gem there.

The passport clerk Eduardo Pena was rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this postal office and working with Eduardo Pena. He needs to be trained on how to treat everyone equally not racially.

I needed to get a new passport and I was helped by one of the rudest employees ever his name was Eduardo Pena and he would just be so rude and look at me with the most hateful eyes and it was my first time ever getting my passport without my parents and he almost made me cry he made me feel so stupid. The employee that helped me out to fill out pasport application was so rude and he gave me a hard time. And I had experience that ethnicity differences. I was there with my kids and my husband firs when he rashes me I thought because of the time he needed to finish the job but after I finished I was waiting there I couldn't believe what I saw he had another customer he was super comesdown and treated them gently with simile

My experience here has been infrequent, but all positive. Front line customer service folks have been polite every time, and very patient. They recently found my phone left behind just before closing time, and the next day I found it had been set aside with a note explaining where it was found etc. ... we were happily reunited. Thank you, USPS!
