This review is for Rodney Middleton!!!! I had to return my internet box on short notice, or COX was going to charge me $294 I had just sprang my ankle I couldn’t drive to the UPS I have no family to help me in (VA ) I called the UPS store explained my situation Rodney Middleton, he said he will pick up my box within hour He drove to my home picked up my box less then an hour. I have never experienced customer service as caring and genuine as Rodney . I can’t thank you enough, you definitely saved the day! May God bless you for your outstanding customer service.

Went to return a package, didn’t allow to return the package even though the package was in a box. Went to a different UPS and they accept the return. Maybe the new guy was having a bad day ?♂️

Over a $1.80 per page to receive a fax from Social Security. Even blank pages which came along not sure how. A 2 page fax almost $8.00. Chantilly UPS not too far is much more reasonable, polite and accommodating.

If I have to go for any business related to ups this branch is my favourite why all employees are highly trained professionals full of manners showing extreme courtesy today 29 April 2024 by 2.30 pm I visited this location Mr Rodney Middleton welcomed me as I stepped in store very nice jolly gentleman he gossiped with me as he knows me since a long time while as a matter of fact I stepped in this store after a long time as I was in overseas for a longer time but I was so much impressed by manners courtesy and a great sense of humor of Mr Rodney. Great keep it up

I've had a mailbox here for over 15 years. The owner and all the employees are always helpful and kind. I've never had any packages I shipped damaged during shipping. This store knows how to package up even the most delicate items I've shipped in the past with no issues! Highly recommend!!

I would like to give Rodney and his UPS store a HUGE s/o and THANK YOU all the way down in South Carolina!! Yes! SC??! I don't live in Rodney's direct service area, but he still went above and beyond to help me locate my package and intercepted the return to sender shipment after I missed the 3rd delivery attempt due to the time of delivery and my schedule. He secured my package at a UPS location 25 to 30 minutes from my house for me to pick up TODAY?‼️ I can't thank him enough!! THANK YOU Rodney!! Customer service at it's finest ???‼️
