Worst experience ? I went for safety inspection. I parked my car and walked up to the mechanic to ask if I can leave my car and pick it up later. The rude mechanic started yelling and went on saying: "do you know the meaning of line? Go sit in your car and come back when its your turn". Really? What a unprofessional business! People don't go for safety inspection everyday. Plus, there was no such line or signs that tell you about the line. I left the place and never going back there again.

Very happy with the service for my VA Safety Inspection. One tiny issue that was resolved and got me on my merry way. There was a bit of a line. I had to wait about 30 minutes. I guess the place is that popular.

We stopped here last night for gas returning from our vacation. Spent over $60 in gas and snacks. I used the restrooms than went to walk our dog so my wife could use the restroom. All of which took under 3 minutes. My wife went in, walked to the bathroom door which said vacant and for some reason the door was locked. My wife asked the attendant if someone was in the bathroom, he said no, and that he purposely locked the keys in the bathroom so that no one could use it. I don't even know what to say to that, other than I would avoid this place for gas or snacks.

I would never take your car here...I broke down near this place and the clearly took advantage of the price. I showed back up to pick up my car and they charged me $400 normal than repair, and guess what? The mechanic was gone.. I was bullied into paying more because they knew I was desperate.

I went for a vehicle inspection on Saturday, July 9 at 8 AM and was greeted with a sign that said inspector will be back on Tuesday, July 12. I return on July 12 about 12:15 PM. Four cars in front of me. I wait until 1:30 PM When I am next and pull up to the bay. The inspector was dealing with the last guy on line during the inspection in front of me. He told that guy to pull his car up next to the bay as he finished with the customer in front of me. When the bay was clear I pulled in front of the bay as the sign directed. The inspector is talking to the last guy on line and sees me and come to my window and asks me if I will wait another 30 minutes so he can have lunch. Had there been a sign out saying that there will be no inspections between 1:30 PM and 2 PM, I could have made a decision to wait or come back later. Really poor customer service and time management on the inspector's part.

Bad experience went for flat tire repair nail in rear driver side tire requested to mechanic to check other nails he said no other nail tire repaired I went home just I live next block to Sunoco parked my car next coming day I observed same rear tire which was repaired yesterday air pressure dropped to 15psi I ran back to Sunoco explained manager that your technician did not fix tire properly there was another nail whicH yourMechanic didn't repair manager didn't listen to me started making arguments that you got another nail it's not our fault I had to pay $60.00intwotwo days for flat tire repair. Guys be careful with this shop

Took my car in for an inspection recently. I had called four local repair shops to get pricing on brake replacement because I'd been told last year it was soon time to replace them. This location had the best pricing offered for my make and model of vehicle. I disclosed my expectations of needing new breaks when we dropped the car off. I was extremely surprised when I received the call later that all I needed was a new wiper blade and was told my brakes are just fine and not even on the edge of needing to be replaced. Very pleased at the up front and honest inspection. Very efficient and professional service here and the best pricing I've found compared to other local auto repair shops.

My dad came in to do an emissions on Saturday 05/15/2021 & the man who does the emissions, and by looking at every review both in Google and here his name is Mohammed, was being incredibly rude to him, told him he wasn't going to do it because my dads car was "dirty" WHICH IT WASNT, then proceeded to say that "animals live cleaner" then he does this is just upsetting and sad that someone who represents a company as a whole to say. COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. But if you wanna be treated like a human being don't come here.

I've been going to this station for the past few years now for my state and emissions inspections. Mohammad's been thorough, fast, honest and courteous. This is the guy you want to go to for your inspection.I went to other high rated places like the Centreville Tire and Auto across the street when this station was busy. They'll try to sell you on things you don't need. The service rep was trying to tell me my brakes were gone when I replaced them myself 3 months before. When Mohammad inspected my car, he saw that they were in good order. The next day, I verified that the brakes worked perfectly when someone cut me off on 66.Bottom line - he knows what he's doing and he's someone you can trust.

I've been going here for many years to get my vehicles inspected and they have always been honest, courteous, and fast! Mohammad completed today's vehicle inspection and it could not have gone any better. Once again, very courteous and I did not feel rushed at all. In and out in 7min :-) Thanks Mohammad!
