“Very nice staff and quick. Almost never have to wait in line is a plus. They made passport photos quickly and they've always shipped packages for me quickly. Returns with labels is a fast turn around and the receipt is printed as proof of shipment quickly. They are a keeper.”

“My favorite UPS Store location—easy and convenient for my Amazon returns. Staff is always friendly and service is fast. It can get busy at times with a line backup but the employees are always working to serve everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. Mr. Jang does a great job. Carson is my favorite employee—very professional, kind and patient.”
“I’d give 10 stars if I could. I was returning some Amazon purchases and I messed up everything there was to mess up, and the guy at this store took care of everything for me including swapping packaging bags to save me money. Then I got home and realized I messed up return labels as well! Went back and the pulled out my packages and fixed that for me in as well. All was done quickly, friendly and professionally. This is beyond great service - this is being treated like family. Thank you!”

“I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

“Last week, I had a rush print and binding book job for an important last minute meeting. My husband went to the FedEx at 10661 Braddock in Fairfax and he met Mark, the store manager who was extremely professional and allayed our concerns about timing. Before we had arrived, he had even printed out the documents and only waited for us to select our binding design preference. He was incredibly cool under pressure and delivered for us in such a timely fashion. Very grateful to Mark and his efforts that early morning. Thank you, Mark!”

“My favorite post office. Nice employees, good service. Note that windows are closed on Saturday (all day) & between 2-3p on weekdays (for employees’ lunch). Does not have self-service machines, so avoid those times. Otherwise, my favorite!”

“This review is for Rodney Middleton!!!! I had to return my internet box on short notice, or COX was going to charge me $294 I had just sprang my ankle I couldn’t drive to the UPS I have no family to help me in (VA ) I called the UPS store explained my situation Rodney Middleton, he said he will pick up my box within hour He drove to my home picked up my box less then an hour. I have never experienced customer service as caring and genuine as Rodney . I can’t thank you enough, you definitely saved the day! May God bless you for your outstanding customer service.
