I have been a customer of this branch for about 2/3 years. And it looks like they had management change recently and their service is so bad. They call customers and they don't tell a reason for the information. It seems then you can't trust them anymore. One of the employees her name is Olivia. She was so rude and was asking sensitive questions which's non of her business or the bank. Then I get surprised that is just for KYC. I don't recommend this branch.

Went to the bank because there was an unauthorized transaction on my family member's account. We didn't have to wait too long to get our problem solved. Mr. Lesdy Lopez was very professional and quick with handling our problem and we left with smiles on our faces. Back a few months ago, Mr. Mohammad helped us in getting our credit card authorized for use and although we bombarded him with questions, he was also very professional and quick with giving us the answers we sought after. I'd say as long as you're not an entitled brat and realize that the employees are real people who take time to solve problems, then you'll have a great experience here.

Bank was clean and fresh and well organized. Staff all wearing masks and staying at a distance. I witnessed the banking staff - very pleasant and extended every courtesy to the customers entering. Went to open a business account. Did not know I would need the 2 1/2 hours to complete this task. Nothing complicated or out of norm. Seems a bit extreme. A very long process for something they do sooo often and with the technology today. .thats a long time. Hoping PNC will be able to meet my business needs. Hope better than their competitors have been in the pass... Keep you posted ...

I regret banking with them so badly. I went in about a month ago to close my bank account. I asked the banker, Mohammed, at least two times whether there will be any fees associated with closing the account. He said no. Just to find out that after he cashed it out as a check, the money was less than what I had in my bank because there was an early closing fee that the banker didn't bother to check. My account was already closed and the money was gone. The banker said it'll take a few business days for my money to be refunded to my account. Fast forward a month, my original amount MINUS the early closing fee is there. I've basically been calling them nonstop for the past few weeks, and Mohammed has been saying he'll call me back once he gets it resolved. He never calls me and I have to be the one regularly checking in to see whether or not this is finally resolved yet. I'm still waiting for my money. Absolutely terrible.

I've been with PNC Bank now and before for over 50 yrs. Always Great Service. The Centreville Lee Hwy. Branch is The Best Ever. Customer Service a 10 Plus. The Best 3 Tellers Ever.

Worst bank ever. DO NOT GO HERE. Bank teller was a complete idiot. Didn't want to help anything and just laughed at me. WORST BANK EVER DO NOT GO HERE. Going to call corporate and make sure they hear this.

If you want to spend your time and have almost an hour's free time to get only one check in cash, get in there. They are so professional to ruin your time. And by saying sorry, expect you to have a great experience with them. Hopefully, I don’t have an account with this bank and waited for the fifth time to get my whole general experience and not base on a one time visit.
