I went in without an appointment to inquire about business checking & credit. The branch manager, Rita, was present and able to help me on the spot. Another employee that had only met me once before recognized me and greeted me with a smile. We set an appointment for the following day, and Rita guided me through the process and doing a lot of leg work updating my account, creating a new one, synchronizing them, giving advice and informing me of complimentary services they offer. She was also very friendly and personable

PNC is the worst bank I have ever done business with in my entire life. Unless you like headaches, I would steer clear. I’ve dealt with tiny local banks with better functionality

Staff is always pleasant, but if you are making a deposit not through the ATM prepare to get the sales pitch on more cards/accounts. Every. Single. Time.

Lots of parking. Easy drive through access for large trucks.

Came in for an appointment at 1pm. The person who was supposed to take me wasn’t ready for me at the time of the appointment and the gate staff told me to leave a phone number and I’ll get a call when she’s ready for me. You get better service from a service station attendant.

PNC is the absolute worst. Having been a long time member with various account types it's been nothing but a waste of time for basic service on both business and personal accounts. Go elsewhere for sure.

It's bad enough that they turned me away when I was a customer. Now, they've started a new rule that I cannot even get change it I don't have an account with them. Absolute trash. They have completely lost the meaning of customer service.

I've been doing business with PNC for over 10 years now, and I've got to say their customer service has taken a serious dive. The first thing I noticed was the removal of teller stations. They are pushing people to use the ATM. I went in there to make a deposit and the lady said "Well, there' an ATM right there, you can deposit there". Totally losing the personal touch. Later that week, my wife went in to get some change for my business and she was absolutely denied because she didn't have her card on her. Why would she need a card to make change for a $100 bill? But the worst of all I found out that they were charging my employees $10 for cashing payroll checks. Totally unethical. When I told one of the reps that PNC needs to change their practices or I'm going to shut down my accounts she rudely told me to leave the bank. After telling her that I'm coming back in a few days to shut down my account she said "That's fine, we don't need you". As a business owner, I'm completely turned off by their lack of customer service. They have lost a life-long customer.

Not a PNC customer, but needed some help - branch manager (Jin) and receptionist were super nice, and helped me with what I needed. I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service...seems to be hard to find these days.
