I appreciate that Planet Fitness offers a free summer pass for older kids. I was able to bring them with me to work out! I do wish they kept the Life Fitness treadmills. We like those better than the new Matrix ones.

Great gym, great friendly staff. Their recent update is amazing. Brand new machines for everything. Definitely best bang for the buck and 24/7. People of all ages and physiques. No "intimidation" factor but definitely motivating. Gets busy during core hours but never been to a good gym that doesn't. Even when busy there's so many machines you can always find something to work on a circle back.

For the money it's good value. The cleanliness of the locker rooms could be improved a bit but I don't think it's awful. It's pretty large and spacious, and it's open 24/7 which is really nice for people who like working out late or an random hours. I only saw about 3 out of order machines. Staff were friendly and honestly I couldn't care less how they treat me as long as they aren't yelling at me. I'm here to work out, not have a friendly conversation.

I like Planet Fitness because they have a ton of equipment and I never have issues finding a machine to work on. I would like to see more of an area to stretch and do floor exercises, but I can do that stuff at home. It's a no frills place to work out, but for the prices, it's great.

I am motivated to go to Planet Fitness twice a week. Eric is my Instructor & his Stretching Class is how we begin warming up. He has shown me the core building machines that I use each week & some small weight exercises which have been helping me keep more fit. I am a " Senior Citizen" but I can see the importance of following an exercise routine each week for better health! E. Louvis

I canceled my membership after only 2 months. Despite the cancellation, I was still charged an annual gym membership fee of $50 AFTER I cancelled. I tried emailing 3 separate planet fitness gyms (customer service line) hoping at least one would reply, and I haven’t received a single response back. It’s been a month. When I tried asking about it in person, the front desk staff said they weren’t able to help and just referred me to their website… I suppose I’ll try going back in person.

Really nice PF location! Clean, good layout of equipment (especially cardio machines), TVs set close though some only had blank screens. Music not my generation, however young Alex at the desk was smiling and enjoying it!
Plenty of lot parking, locker room and bit awkward though very clean, and best of all is the eclectic diversity of gym rats! ? ??????
