I have been to several OTFs in the area, and this one is the best. I love the community and coaches. All the staff members are friendly, and the facility is clean. I committed back in August to go 5 days a week, and it was the best decision ever! Thankful for the coaches and other members to keep me motivated. For me, consistency is important, and OTF Centreville delivers that!

Orange Theory Centreville has been nothing short of amazing!! The staff and coaches are so positive and motivating in the studio and on social media! I’ve been a member since the studio opened (through a pregnancy and post partum) and can’t imagine working out anywhere else! Thank you for all you do for the studio and clients!

Thank you for listening and meeting clientele demand by consistently offering 5:00 a.m. classes!!! OTF Greenbriar canceled 40% of weekday 5:00 a.m. classes.

Absolutely love this studio. After having a baby a few months ago I upped my membership to unlimited and it was the best decision I’ve made for my fitness! There is always options for exercises if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or just trying to take it easy. On the other hand there are always ways to challenge yourself and push your limits to reach new goals. Coaches are knowledgeable and passionate. The manager Mia is awesome and head coach Shaun has great energy! Coach Crystal is also my favorite! I love all the members. Their front desk staff are also so friendly and helpful. It’s really a great little community. Do yourself a favor and try it out if you haven’t before!

Just joined OT last week and I'm so grateful to have finally found a gym that I'm actually looking forward to going to! I love the high energy and encouragement from the coaches and staff. I appreciate the availability of the classes, which fit to my ever-changing schedule. I just started my health journey and this gym is exactly what I needed to keep it going~

So far been to Centerville studio twice, if memory serves correct. In both cases, almost no one there, each time the receptionist and staff was not friendly to me, also it’s really hard to meet anyone or make friends at the classes here. Then again, that applies across the board to all studios in general.Plus points:- Burning calories.- It is technically OTF family.Minuses for Centerville OTF:- Same trainers each week hosting classes. I mean come on, I’d like to see them change it up every now and again.- Small class sizes, no one interesting comes.- Really hard to meet ppl or engage or make friends. I haven’t succeeded in even making an acquaintance yet. Also timing sucks.I’ll update this review in case things change.Centerville OTF doesn’t seem my jam. But I’ll keep trying, maybe one day it’ll stick.

The staff is friendly and very supportive, the people who workout here are also super friendly and welcoming. Joe has done a wonderful workout plan that is challenging but not impossible to complete.

I went in for my first class and I got Joe as my coach he was very helpful, and understanding, I love the motivation you get there , I tried going to the gym before by myself but didn’t work out because having a coach who motivate you is the best experience, I love the exercises and the support. And I meet lily at the front desk , she was very helpful, she went over every single detail and process of the membership and show me around the facility, she was so helpful. I will hardly recommend this place to anyone ?

This studio has the BEST coaches and SAs! The coaches are awesome in different ways, but they all are engaged and encouraging throughout class. I really appreciate how they’ll take time to correct form or provide alternate movements as needed. And of course, everything is always clean, the staff are friendly, and classes run super smoothly. I took nine months off after having a baby (I did OTF up until the day I delivered!) and just started back in December. I still have some issues/restrictions that negatively impact my running and some floor movements. The coaches have all been understanding and supportive, including a couple times checking in with me before or after class to see how I was doing or give me a head’s up about some moves I may want to modify for that class. It’s so great to be part of a studio that cares and makes such an effort for all its members, old and new.

This place will absolutely smoke you. Little expensive but if you put in the work during your session it's worth it. Get a tracker. Following your progress on the monitors really help keep you competitive.

I don’t mind paying to get a good workout in a good atmosphere — And I used to love working out here. But my advise: Save your money. What they did was wrong. They charged me for 4 months during covid. And this is AFTER i requested to cancel. Where they lost me is the way the situation was mishandled in the studio. And learning that, if you have a concern about the studio, there is no “corporate” point of contact for quality assurance. Pro: workout Con: customer service, billing

The owners and management are making poor decisions on letting instructors and previous management go. I don’t think the owners or current management have a pulse on the founders or the community and making decisions based solely on financials and numbers. It’s truly a-shame. I will be cancelling my membership once my girlfriend’s pack is done. I will also take other founder members with me. Thing is owners and management won’t care because the member supply is higher then demand due to Covid. Once Covid restrictions are over they may have issues.

This is my first time attending group fitness training classes. I haven’t done much physical training for months and felt I needed the extra motivation and push from a coach.I went in for the free class and immediately knew I had to sign up. The entire experience from the front desk (Sarah), equipment, coach (Dave), the exercises and how the class is designed, to even the music were amazing.I have been going for two weeks now and have had an opportunity to train with the other coaches, Mia, Brennan, Tariq and I have class with Vanessa this coming week. All the classes haven been somewhat different and challenging in different areas, strength, cardio, endurance, which is a key factor to keep me motivated. If you are hesitant because you are shy, which I am and was dreading the interactions, it is not too bad. I have a difficult time with group settings but this one is really just focused on the workout and you can be as friendly and involved as you want or not at all.
