Had an appointment to open an account over their website. When I got there, no banker was there. A female teller unapologetically said that they told the tech people about the banker not working on Saturday, but it hasn’t got fixed. She said, “it’s a big bank.”

I personally have only had great experiences at this branch. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and with their masks you can still tell they are smiling behind them. Things that may seem to be an issue for the customer they help find the solution with such ease. They reassure and fulfill the need at hand . Even with new people coming and going the Ones who have been there for at least 5 years definitely help train the new comers to join their team with the same ethics and Charisma. I only like going to the Centreville branch location.

This is not about this bank but a rep I met here. She seemed nice at first but gave me a completely misleading information about a checking account and was not unsure about what she was doing when I asked her to double check the status of my account. I felt something is weird as time goes by. I visited this branch to sort this out one day , another male rep said, she is NEW - -;;;; That is absurd excuse. Looks like the upper management did not train her quite well.. But her title was senior customer rep....Expected more from her cuz of her title.. lol If she did something wrong, she could have let me know which is acceptable.

I love coming to this Centreville location. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Coming in is pleasant and there's always more then one person who greats me when I come in and on my way out. They are all willing to help me right away with no wait. They listen to my needs, go through all routes to help me with any issue I may come across.

I feel like they actually Care about my account And my finances. Seems They know a lot of their customers by our name and they remember anything their customers talk to them about. It's truly a friendly environment and a great staff. They find the account that best fits your needs ! Anyone looking for a new bank should come in and have them help you find what your looking for. You won't regret it !!!

Been Doing Bussiness with M&T at the Fairfax City Branch and been always treated right. Recently i moved to centreville came to Do a M&T Check Cash out and deposit and the teller made a mistake and my Funds Are not avaliable for 3 days now, Witch cost me Late Fees on a payment. Branch was Really unhelpful and decline to credit me the money. And refuse to help in anyway because the manager is in Vacation. However this mistake was done by the Teller! Why do i have to pay for the concequences when it wasnt my fault to Begin with. This branch Was a 0 star Experience, i highly recomend Doin bussiness with M&T,Just Dont have You'r Transactions run By them. Its Worth the Drive to a Different branch Youll be saving Time. This is Unacceptable. If this was the other way around i'd be the one getting charge by the bank! Completely unacceptable.
