My husband and I felt like we made a great choice in having our daughter enrolled at Minnieland. We have seen the improvements she has made in her development and preparing her for Kindergarten. We enjoy all the staff and you can see they care for children. They have gone through some staff changes but it's okay because the new staff has been wonderful. I enjoy the communication and the updates on the Procare app including pictures of what my daughter has been doing. We wish the company could bus her to her assigned school when she starts school but we will most likely have her at Minnieland for Summer Camps and breaks.

Our twins have been going to Minnieland since they were infants and will start Kindergarten in the fall. They absolutely love and look forward to going in everyday, more than to see their friends, to see their favorite teachers. They love all of their teachers but are always especially excited to see Ms. Jessi and Ms. Telisha. I am so thankful we found Minnieland five years ago. It has been a blessing to our family and our children have made life long friends that we know we will keep in touch with long after their days at Minnieland are over. We can't thank the staff enough for all they do to care for our kids and create a fun, loving, enjoyable environment for them to attend daily.

I had a wonderful experience with Minnieland Academy daycare!!They took excellent care of my daughter. Very clean place, they make sure that the kids are clean by washing their hands more often. I never had to deal with diaper rash as I did in other places. My two-year-old daughter learned a lot and started to speak more in just a few months. I love how Minnieland team keeps the parents well updated. I highly recommend Minnieland Academy

I started as the Director of this Minnieland in June 2022. I feel like I found a home! I love working for Minnieland. The staff are incredible. The parents are amazing and the children always bring me joy everyday. I feel warm, welcome, and respected here.

We love Minnieland! When we first moved to the area, we were unsure of where to enroll our kids, especially quarantine-era. Minnieland Academy was perfectly located close by and our first glimpse of it was through a video call. Even then, we could see the children’s artwork, books and decorations on display, the teachers were actively working and playing with the children, and we knew our kids would love it here! The teachers here really seem to enjoy what they do and are not just caregivers. Of the multiple hats they wear, they are so patient and loving, our children felt truly at home in such a loving atmosphere. The school was very diligent about health and safety protocols during the pandemic – temperature checks at the front door, frequent hand washing, drop-off and pick-up at the front door, good communication for illnesses and any suspected COVID cases. We felt completely safe! The classrooms are a generous size, the parking lot is huge, and the school has security cameras in all the classrooms, hallways and playgrounds. Further, access into the school is only through a secure dedicate code for each parent of the children attending there. We received regular updates and pictures during the day, along with a summary after pick-up. The school is nut free and they serve healthy meals and snacks daily! Our younger son had been at home during lockdown since he was born, but he simply walked into his toddler classroom every day to meet his new friends. Ms. Patricia, Ms. Mina and Ms. Pam were super troopers in teaching him vocabulary, socializing and interacting with other kids. They were also responsible for successfully potty-training him (thank you for your patience and diligence!)!Our older daughter developed her writing skills and began reading skills here which prepared her well for Kindergarten. Special shout out to Ms. Telisha who has always gone above and beyond. She is an absolute gem, and our daughter has made us create a Spotify playlist with all of Ms. Telisha’s songs! Ms. Mahmuda, Ms. Mahogani and Mr. Mike are other worthy notables who really helped shape our daughter into the person she will become. THANK YOU ALL!! WE MISS YOU!Huge shout-out to Ms. Jessi, the Assistant Director, who was always so patient with me and happy to help with any of my concerns or questions! We would still be at Minnieland if our kids stayed the same age. It wasn't just a school – teachers became family. <3

We are so grateful for all of the wonderful teachers and staff at Minnieland Sully Station! They treat our children like they are family. We are always greeted with a warm smile and a staff that truly takes the time to make sure everyone is getting the attention they need to thrive and succeed. Our son is shy and the teachers work with him at his own pace and have gotten him to speak up in class and feel more comfortable with the class setting before he heads off to Kindergarten. At pick up we are always greeted with a quick recap of the day which supplements all of the postings we see on the app. With regular postings in the app we can check in on the kids and see what kind of day they are having. We highly recommend to any parent looking for childcare to join the warm, thoughtful and educational care of the teachers and staff at Minnieland Sully Station. Your child will flourish and you will be so happy to see your children happy, talkative and looking forward to school the next day!

Our son has been going here for 2 weeks and has really loved it! The teachers are very nice and the kids are kept busy with outdoor play time, activities, reading, etc. So far we are very happy with enrolling our child here.

My daughter's experience at this academy has been great! She loves her teachers and all the activities done through out the day. Both the director Ms. Megan and the assistant director Ms.Jessi are wonderful and help with any questions or concerns we have as new parents. My husband and I were a little worried about our daughters transition but it was the best thing we could have done. This is a great acadamy!

My daughter went to this daycare from infant to preschool. The teachers were very nice to my little one. Previous directors were friendly but since they changed the directors/front desk people things were getting very disorganized. The new people were also not responding to my emails quick enough, and they were not nice to my kid and me.

We are thrilled with the care and attention our son receives here. He loves his teachers and they are always prompt to let us know what he has done that day and how he is progressing. The few times he has gotten hurt (bumped his head or scraped his nose) they always call and let us know what happened and have a report for us to see when we pick him up. The directors are caring and always quick to answer our questions. You can tell the teachers and staff genuinely care for the kids and are at the top of their game. We trust them 1000% and know he's in good hands while we are at work.

I waited a few months to write a review for this place and my feelings haven't changed at all. We chose this place because of the hours available. The establishment is HUGE! The infant room is very big with lots of toys and places to roam. And the prices are reasonable. However, if I could give this place negative stars? They'd get a negative 1000. I don't know how this place is still in business.I can count how many times I would show up at 6am (remember we chose this place for the hours) only to have to wait in my car for 30 minutes for someone to open the doors. Other times I'd come in and nothing was ready... lights were off and beds were not made. So I'd stand there not sure what to do bc I couldn't just leave my baby in there alone. And I couldn't even take her out of the car seat bc she would be asleep and the beds weren't ready.I can't tell you how many times my kid had severe diaper rash from this place. So bad it would bleed and require a doctors visit (and she's never had it again since leaving this god awful place). Not to mention after closer look at the toys which are all dirty and old, some were even broken, but the kicker? My kid was playing with a red box when I came to visit for lunch one day. After examining the box, it had a big white label on the side that said "SHARPS ONLY". Yeah. I mentioned it to the staff (which some were very hard to communicate with since they didn't speak much English) and they said they would take care of it. Seriously.. I don't care how much you clean or sanitize a medical grade sharps container but I am NOT ok with this.I think Minnieland also called me once every two weeks to come pick up my daughter because she had a fever. Which was ridiculous bc when we got her home, there was one instance where she actually had a slight fever but the rest of the time she was fine. And my kid was there only three days a week so I'm pretty sure I've paid for at least two weeks worth of daycare that they didn't provide. My baby also came home with bruises and red marks which were never explainable. One day she had a huge red mark on her face and I got 3 different stories of what happened. One lady said she must be sunburnt bc she went outside that day but it had been in the 40s so I was upset that my 8 month old would be subject to sun exposure and the cold without proper care. Then she changed her story to say maybe she didn't go outside that day. How frustrating! So I asked the director to see the tape for that day and she told me (after a week of not responding) that Minnieland does not record. What?? What's the point in having cameras if they don't record? So I called the regional office and they also confirmed the cameras in all Minnieland's do not record and they use the cameras for training although I'm not sure how that's possible. I felt as if i had been lied too considering when we visited the place, the told me they have cameras to monitor activities but apparently, they serve no purpose for the parent. Also the regional manager was rude and very difficult to speak with. She told me that maybe my kid just gets diaper rashes because some kids just get them a lot. Then she told me that I must have misread the sharps only label and it probably said Shapes Only... pretty much she had some dumb excuse for every concern I had and didn't seem at all concerned with addressing them. So I did-enrolled my kid that day only to find out the same day that she caught RSV from Minnieland. What a great farewell gift!I waited to write this review because I wanted to be sure that my concerns weren't because I was an overbearing first time parent but having had my kid in a new day care for the last 3 months with no issues and an amazing staff, this was in no way an issue with my standards. It's just that Minnieland at Sully just is a terrible establishment with a terrible management staff at all levels who are more concerned with making money than actually taking care of

My toddler was enrolled in this preschool for less than 6 months before I had to find a different placement for him. His classroom was extremely unorganized and chaotic most of the time when I went in.The thing that actually made me have to remove him immediately was an issue of reoccurring severe diaper rashes. He was not being changed enough and when he was changed was not being cleaned thoroughly which resulted in severe rashes and soreness. The first time, I emailed the director and she assured me she would speak to his teachers; she followed up with me and said they would be more vigilant. The second time I spoke to the assistant director in person and called the director later on. Again, she spoke to his teachers and assured me that it would not be an issue again. The next week when we got home after pick-up I went to change him and he screamed and cried and his bottom was so red and rashy that it had bloody spots and was he was still dirty from a previous BM. I immediately went to Minnieland and collected his things and told them we would not be returning. The director was nice enough but clearly she was not checking in on what her teachers were doing. There were also several other "small" problems. Like not reporting accidents that occurred accurately, the teachers responding to my questions about my son's day by speaking to each other in spanish before answering me back, dirty toys, unclean practices like piling all the toddlers coats and/or blankets in one giant pile, losing his coat/jacket/extra clothes despite them being labeled, etc.We did like 1 of his 4 teachers from his room, she seemed very kind and loving and my son was comfortable going to her. We also liked their outside area, however, I felt that they spent a lot of unstructured time out there.Overall, I wish I would have removed him earlier. It was not a good experience and I would NOT recommend this school.
