“Our relatively new mailbox got damaged from what we think was a truck backing up. Our community used this company to install the mailboxes. When I called to find out about a replacement, the woman on the phone quickly retrieved the information and gave me a very reasonable price for not only the mailbox, but it included changing it out and taking away the damaged one. The job was done in a week's time and it was a pleasant surprise to come home and see it all fixed and looking nice. This is one project/repair that went smoothly from start to finish. Even got an invoice automatically emailed.”
“I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

“At the UPS store Allen-Michael was so knowledgeable and professional when helping me. He explained what I needed to know and knew what to tell me with out my even having to ask everything. He was a pleasure to work with and I will only be using the UPS store at East Fair Lakes, in Fairfax VA. I have noticed that not all stores are equal. This store is honest and does the right thing by their customers.Thank you for helping me send my daughter something special along with my Aunt. “There are so many businesses and people who do not give the kind of excellent service my husband and I experienced yesterday at the Burke UPS store. I had a number of returns to make to Amazon and I chose to do it through this particular UPS store in Burke as we have always been pleased with our service there. My husband at 84 has asthma & COPD and can’t exert himself as it makes it difficult to breathe. I am 80 and fell a few days ago. I thought I just had a sprained ankle but 2 days later discovered I had a fracture. So I called this store and spoke to a delightful young man named JD. He said to come by and he would facilitate getting my returns into the store for us from our car. And as promised, I called when we got there and JD said he would be out in 5 minutes. I told him I could see he was busy (at least 5 or 6 more clients arrived right after we did) but he assured me it would be no problem. Sure enough, within a very short time, he came out and took my returns from the back seat and said he would be right back with our receipt. I could not have asked for better service anywhere. If we could not get that help, we might have missed the return deadline. Thanks again, JD.”

“Kevin was exemplary. I stopped by to mail a package. When I left, my car would not start (28 degrees). Kevin saw me with the car’s hood up and came out in the cold to offer assistance. Unfortunately, car would not start. Later, I tried again, and again Kevin came out to assist. He was polite and friendly at all times. If I owned a business I would want someone like Kevin to work with me. He was outstanding. Thank you Kevin !”

I don't live in Rodney's direct service area, but he still went above and beyond to help me locate my package and intercepted the return to sender shipment after I missed the 3rd delivery attempt due to the time of delivery and my schedule. He secured my package at a UPS location 25 to 30 minutes from my house for me to pick up TODAY?‼️ I can't thank him enough!! THANK YOU Rodney!! Customer service at it's finest ???‼️”
