Lifetime Centreville has made a lot of improvements since '21. The staff are friendly, the facility is neat and clean, and the gym has overall good energy. Good job, Lifetime!

I was pleasantly surprised even after reading the negative reviews here when I came to LT Centreville, I found the vibe here 10x better than the stuck up vibes at the Clarendon lifetime. The lady working in the women’s locker room was courteous and friendly and showed me where the sauna was, which I appreciated even though it was a few minutes before closing time.
It’s not one of the fanciest lifetimes but I appreciate the small gesture of a service employee and the friendliness of the staff.

I highly recommend this gym. It has been like a home to me for 3 years. I have taken Pilates with Lauren, did PT AND Pilates with Sarah and did nutrition assistance with Zach. Their GM, Rob, is great and I respect him as I even saw him picking up trash in the parking lot. All Instructors are upbeat and care. Their new pickleball courts are gorgeous!
The only bad thing I can say is that they do not prioritize their Pilates Instructor training recruitment nor Pilates member marketing. They leave so much money on the table! Pilates is a $340 Billion market and growing and they have so many platforms to advertise (app, in gym, magazine, flyers, email) that they fail to use it. Without teachers there are not a lot of classes for members and that is revenue lost.
I own a Club Pilates franchise in Burke but live in Centreville so know of the upside of "leaning in" to this trend. We use our members to recruit for teacher training and I have made over $20K in profit from the trainings that then help serve my members.

I was blown away by the customer service from a membership concierge named Hellie. Her kindness and maturity is something that should be acknowledged. I will never forget what she was able to do for me. Thank you, Hellie. You are a jewel.

This is the first review I have ever written my entire life. I've had plenty of bad experiences with other businesses but I've always wrote it off as someone having a bad day. There's no need to hurt a businesses reputation. Not this time. I have been a member at lifetime for 20 years now and have always had a good experience until the last couple months when I started playing pickleball. Julie is one of the rudest people I have ever been around and it has happened twice now. The second time was completely unprovoked as I was just sitting on the bench drinking water when she decided to be rude. She clearly looks down on certain types of people and it's also clear that I'm not the only one who feels this way about Julie. This 0 star review is purely about Julie and not the rest of the club.

I have been attending here off and on since 2004. I’m so disappointed in the lack of care and response by mgmt and corporate. The air conditioning in the entire gym is abysmal however the ac has been broken in studio 1 since the beginning of May. I have sent numerous emails starting on May 7 and as of today 6/18 it’s still broken. As a signature member I pay a premium and can’t even take the classes I want to because of the poor conditions. The room has gotten close to 90 degrees with full humidity. They now took the sign down and are saying it’s fixed when it’s as broken as ever.
The treadmills in the signature area are constantly not working. And after over a year of sending photos and emails I’ve given up trying to get someone to fix them. These are basic things that should be working or at least be fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
On a side note the trainers are awesome!

The trainers are great, but the facilities management isn't awesome.
Awesome classes taught with ac that isn't working, on treadmills that break.

Mustafa at the front desk is so inviting and hospitable! An asset to the gym! In addition to all the membership staff at the front who do a great job.

Mustafa is the man! Always a pleasure working with the gym personnel, especially him! Mustafa, whilst in the midst of a hectic day, is always a breath of fresh air given his efficiency in checking me in, especially by doing so in a timely fashion. Keep up the great work!

Lifetime spent months renovating their pool/sauna area but the floors are still covered in mold, dirt, hair, etc. I’ve let management know multiple times of the dirty floors but they choose to do a one time clean and neglect the saunas until it becomes this gross again. I don’t understand why they keep raising our fees when they don’t care about the members or their health.

Pickleball is being run in a very elitist way. Julie did not need to talk down to people, it makes the whole sport unapproachable. I don't believe this was a problem when basketball was there. General state of the club could be better, especially with them increasing monthly fees

The pickleball courts at Life Time Gym are poorly managed. The system for taking turns is confusing, and the coach doesn't handle it well. Players of different skill levels are mixed up, making games frustrating. Plus, the gym is overall very crowded, which makes the experience even worse. The manager on duty is not on duty after 7pm.
