Lifetime Centreville has made a lot of improvements since '21. The staff are friendly, the facility is neat and clean, and the gym has overall good energy. Good job, Lifetime!

I was blown away by the customer service from a membership concierge named Hellie. Her kindness and maturity is something that should be acknowledged. I will never forget what she was able to do for me. Thank you, Hellie. You are a jewel.

The trainers are great, but the facilities management isn't awesome. Awesome classes taught with ac that isn't working, on treadmills that break.
