My husband I both had a haircut and we were both happy with our result! The owner May was very good about answering my questions when I contemplated about having perm. She suggested my dry hair condition and maybe wait to grow out my old perm in order to get healthy looking hair. I took her suggestion and just got the haircut but was happy with the result.

This place is so horrible. I got a haircut and they chopped off half of my hair. And on top of that she cut layers which i NEVER asked for. They have the worst service ever and is so disrespectful. They give weird looks and i never ever want to go back. Its a nightmare.

Never ever go there. They'd not ask just do their thing then make your hair complete mess and will ask "what hair do you want?".

Expensive! I went Saturday to get my hair trimmed. No shampoo, 10-15 minute dry cut and a 5 minute blow dry to curl my ends - $40! Haircut looks even but it was just a trim anyway. Pay extra for fast service if that's what you are in to.

Made an appointment and went there on time but waited 15 minutes. No one said sorry to me. More than that, last time, the person I asked to cut my hair was not even there so I had to go back home. I guess this is their business norm. I strongly DO NOT recommend this place unless you have extra 15/30 minutes you do not mind wasting.Service: Haircut

I've had my hair cut at Hair Sketch about 5 times now and it's been mostly positive. I've walked out more times than not feeling good about my hair cut. Yesterday, I had an appointment with May to get my hair colored before I was going to take some family photos this weekend. She said she could trim my hair too and I didn't fight her on it. The hair color came out great, but I wasn't sure about the hair cut. She had styled it before I left and I liked the airiness of the cut at first, but when I showered today, I thought it looked like I had a mullet :( I called this morning to see if I could get it fixed and I got an appointment at 2pm. I saw Anna and as I explained what I didn't like, she seemed to understand the issue. She sent me off for a shampoo and then showed me some photos to make sure she knew what I wanted (which I appreciated ). She worked quickly to cut the offensive mullet and transition the layers more naturally. While my hair is a lot shorter than I wanted it to be, I am so glad I went back to get it fixed. Next time I book, I'll plan to see Anna. In general, this place is reasonably priced for good, quick service and I will be back - I just recommend that you make absolutely sure that your stylist knows what you want

I want to give five stars to the hair stylist, May, who did great job on my hair today. She knew what I wanted more than I did and got my hair done with her excellent skills. It's super satisfying !
