“I started OTF about 8 months ago and began consistently going when they had a promotion for Premier that was too good to pass up. I’ve noticed huge change in my endurance, strength, and overall health since I started. I believe in OTF so much that I’ve brought in family and friends who have had nothing but good things to say.The OTF Centreville location is my favorite, the equipment is in great shape and the community is family-oriented. It’s never too late to try something new and group workouts shouldn’t be as intimidating as many think! I’ve seen firsthand that everyone fits right in at OTF Centreville”
