I would give a 0 stars if I could I wish I would know the name of the people but I recognize them I wish I could’ve known the manager to complain I will use or create all the accounts I have to put more bad reviews I will definitely give bad comments to other people about the place so people don know about that place Horrible service I asked a lady if they had a tape I really needed it and the she sent me to customer service then there was an old guy and ignored me completely then when I felt so ignored I went to someone else and then she also ignored I thing she has red hair I never seen such bad customer service I don’t recommend anybody to go there

I love Giant, my favorite store... always... took my discounts on the products... with my gifts card. And the vegetable products are all fresh... I love everything about this store and the employees... I don't know... they are very friendly... and the most important thing is that most of them speak Spanish... great

Would give 0 star if I could. Shannon is about as rude and unprofessional as it can get when it comes to customer service. I ordered an online order to be pick up at 4. Came in a little bit early because we were out shopping and asked if I can pick it up. She said that our only option is to wait until 4 without offering any alternative solution. The whole time having a nasty attitude and I sensed some racism in her tone too. Avoid interacting with her if you have to shop here.

I absolutely had to leave a review. I came into the store and needed to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper in either stall, poop smeared on one toilet, and piss spray all over the other. I asked an employee for tp and they told me to take paper towel into the stall with me. What?! I went to the front help and the man there demonstrated, to the manager, that he was very frustrated with my request for toilet paper. He reluctantly put in a single roll in the stall with the poop smears, but left the poop smears. Later, I was looking for witch hazel and asked the same man. He refused to help me and directed me to the manager, who barely spoke English. He wasted my time by recommending creams to me? I found the witch hazel on my own. When checking out, the attendant absolutely crushed my pumpkin seeds trying to scan the barcode and turned ice cold when I asked if she could try the input number instead. She literally said “do you have a number or no.”The people here do not care about their customers, do not care to help you, and will act standoffish if you’ve held them accountable for anything. First and last time I’m coming to this store. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I wasnt even treated like a human, much less a paying customer. I have half the mind to walk in and return everything I purchased. Should have left in the first 5 minutes.

It's 2024 and we are still fighting racism. Every time my fiance goes into this location she is watched as if she about to steal something. Typically it is a white middle age women that wears a black hat all the time and she is typically stocking. Today my fiance walked down the Isle she was stocking in which she was towards the end of the isle. She leaned over and said something to someone who was standing outside the isle. Ad my fiance exited the isle she began being followed by white man in khaki pants and a blue shirt. He stood on the opposite end of her and watched her. Then as she continued to shop he moved around and followed her from one end to the other. It was clear he was watching her. This has happened 3 times with the women and this is the first time with the man. We will drive out of our way and go to Wegmans! Absolutely absurd!

Packages of grey ground beef in the meat department. Really poorly run store. I typically go there to buy dog food which is $2.09 a can. The label on the shelf says $2.09 and it rings up at the register as $2.39. As if groceries aren't already insanely expensive (especially at Giant) and they try to screw their customers even more. Will never be returning to this store.

I often come here to get snack and usually everything goes well. The staff are nice, and they have plenty of thing to buy. I love that they have a self checkout which makes shopping even more quicker.

The Giant Pharmacy located on Stone Road in Centreville VA is customer-focused and consistently displays an exceptional commitment to support the pharmaceutical needs of their clients. I have interfaced with several of their Pharmacists for multiple Covid vaccines and have been impressed with their “above and beyond” modus operandi.
