Dynamic Moving and Packing is great at what they do! Moving my 2BR apartment could have been a nightmare but Rodolfo and Dynamic came in, gave me an estimate and packed up my apt in about 4 hours.Would highly recommend for any move!

Hands down the BEST Moving Company! Tony and his crew have moved me on several occasions. This time they had to move me Twice! First to storage and a month later to my new Home! They made both moves easy! They're always on time, always move my stuff with care, communication is on point, reasonable price! Last but not least they always set my large furniture up where I want it, put my bed and dresser back together! Can't get any better than this! Thank you Tony and crew for always taking care of me! Not being from the area and having family and friends to help can be a little overwhelming! But with Dynamic Moving I know everything will be taken care of!

This should be an important review to read because I hired Dynamic for a BIG move--3000sq ft of belongings moving across country over 1700 miles. Wondering if they are capable of handling a long distance move? Read on.. I received 4 quotes and felt the most comfortable dealing with Tony @ Dynamic. Some companies want to only do a virtual estimate on your phone and not come in person. He even came out a second time, in person, as I had downsized considerably and wanted to get the estimate updated based on the belongings I had left. They do flat-rate pricing which makes everything a lot easier. Did I mention their prices were also very competitive? A lot of companies see a TV, bed that needs disassembly, etc. and then tack on fees for the boxes, taking apart that particular item, etc. Even for transport up the hill I lived on. The pricing I got was for a 26 ft truck, with another flat price for an additional vehicle. Everything was included otherwise (and I had lots of oddball furniture, multiple TVs, shop tools, etc.). They also do not share your space with other customers. When the move day came, they were really careful wrapping, padding, and getting everything neatly organized into the truck. They had just enough that it overfilled the 26 ft truck. I was worried I would get charged for an additional vehicle, but Rodolfo had the idea of using a trailer attached to the 26ft truck's hitch, and only charged a nominal fee to add that on. Awesome! When we arrived, the crew unloaded in a half day and placed everything where I needed it. There was no delay in arriving--it was literally as fast as they could get there cross-country. If you can believe it, nothing at all was broken or damaged and at this point I'm fully unpacked. They were really accommodating unloading and even got a 300+ lb arcade machine down a basement staircase (not a walkout basement.. and this was a 29.5" wide arcade in a 29.5" wide staircase...), which I was thrilled about since I didn't think it would be possible. Top ratings from me and I would easily trust them to do another move. I've already sent them referrals since the move.

It was a joy to have help with a stressful move. The movers did a great job and even set up my bed so that it could be made. They came with wardrobe boxes and moving blankets, hauling everything up several flights of stairs and asking me where I wanted everything. I appreciate their help and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Dynamic, Rodolfo, and his team! Heard back within a few minutes after leaving a message. Rodolfo came to my home on a Sunday to assess what needed to be packed and moved so that he could give me an accurate quote, then was able to start the very next day. I really liked the flat fee as opposed to the hourly rates most others offer. What the quote says is what you pay. Everything was packed, handled, and moved with care. I will absolutely be using them again for future moves!

I can't say enough good things! I moved from Centreville out to Winchester. They helped me move all of my things, helped set up the bed in the new place, helped move some stuff to the dump.Polite, friendy, helpful, treated my things with care. I 110% recommend! Made my move soooo much easier

AVOID, do NOT recommend! We hired Dynamic Moving and Packing twice within 2 years. The first time, Rodolfo and his crew were excellent, the most recent time was a nightmare. Everything seemed to go smoothly until we started unpacking and truly examining everything. The following items were broken during the move, THREE bookshelves, a glass vase, a non-stick pan was scratched badly, and a wooden candlestick. In addition, the pegs that hold up shelves were missing on both of our desks. All of this added up to an estimated $750 or more to replace these items. When we emailed Rodolfo with pictures of proof, he would only refund us $500. The check we received in the mail is dated "03-11-2022" but it was mailed on 12/02/2022. So even date format was different, it would still be wrong as we didn’t even move until mid-November after November 3. So did they date the check March 11, 2022 knowing this is past 6 months and many banks won’t process the check? So not only did they not refund us the entire amount for the items they broke during the move, they try to scam us with the check date? Truly unprofessional and that alone will cause us to specifically mention them to everyone who ever asks about movers to NOT use Dynamic Moving and Packing.On top of all that is above, their packing is insane. There was clothes from our bedroom in the same box as the basement bathroom toilet brush. GROSS!!! So many boxes had stuff from random floors that were so far apart from each other in the house. All the boxes made absolutely zero sense which also made unpacking a huge hassle since the boxes are now in the wrong room for the new house since half the stuff in the box goes to a different room.To make matters worse, their workers got super lazy towards the end of the day. There were two boxes that were meant to go upstairs that they just left at the bottom of the stairs and closed the door so no one could see it. Wow.Overall, you might have a good experience, but I would go with anyone else before risking your stuff and the massive pain of having to reorganize all the boxes after they move.

I paid them over $1,000 and I know I was overcharged. Moving is stressful and this company made it even worse. I have had to contact them weekly and I still haven't gotten my money back. I am very unhappy with their services and I will be filling a complaint and pursuing legal action. I'm warning you don't use them!

We’ve already used them twice and plan to use them again when we buy another home! They are thorough, on time and very friendly; reasonably priced and upfront with their costs. We used them for packing and moving and they exceeded my expectations in both areas. I love that they disassemble and reassemble furniture (desks, cribs, beds, etc.) and all items were handled with care. No damages. Highly, highly recommend!
