Robin is an absolute god send. Long time customer and there has never been a time I have gone in this location and been treated with nothing but respect with top-notch customer. You wouldn't expect this from a Dollar tree but she's a local gem. Do whatever you need to do to keep her!

Its opening hours are incorrect, on Google map it says that it is open and when you arrive at the place it is closed... it seems that this store does not mind playing with its customers' time

A very friendly staff and great prices on a huge selection are what you will find here! There really is a deal to be had in this store. I buy a lot of common items which I use frequently here, and today’s item was aluminum foil. They had three options for regular rolls and each had unique factors about them. This really is a place for the shopper looking for deals, and I strongly recommend them!

I just went to dollar tree for my kids because they wanted a helium balloon. When we got there, in the balloon station, my kids chose their balloon but they couldnt reach it. So we went to the cashier and asked for help. He was a guy with a bun. Right after I asked, he sighed and roller his eyes like he was annoyed. I just let it pass even it was not the manner. So I told my kids to tell him which balloon they wanted. One of my kids pointed at one and his reply was “no you can’t just point at it you have to show me which one” and his accent was definitely annoyed. I just let it pass. He was so rude so I suggest to change the cashier. ????

Price is reasonable but the products are not arranged properly. The customers take and leave somewhere else and its juat there , no arrangements are done.

Called to ask if they had balloons in stock. The woman hung up on me and said they don’t have it. I asked to confirm what they didn’t have “what you asked for”. Now I’ll drive 35 minutes each way to check.

It has good offers but they should take more care of the organization of the products.
And now it is Dollar twenty five not dollar because they increased any transaction of any product by 25 cents. Access is easy with good parking in front of it.

My rating is for Customer service. My mom grabed an item and when paying thw cashier stated the item cost $4, my mom agreed on keeping it. When scanning it came to cost $5 so my mom decided to not take it. The cashier replied to my mom rudly " I told you!" And looked upset, which I got upset and replied " you said 4 so there is a difference" and shouldn't be a problem if she doesn't want to take it. She proceeded to call the person that could remove the transaction, who stated the prices are there to look at them before grabbing the items, I replied to her saying my mom did not see it and we apologize, but it should not be a problem for her to leave it. This lady proceeded to say "it is not a problem" she was upset at my comment and stopped herself from saying more. The worst part was that I was not upset at her I was upset at the way the cashier spoke to my mom. I assume she did not hear me when I said we apologize. Usually this lady has always been nice.I've worked in customer service for more than 20 yr. All the cashier had to do is say it in a different tone, and maybe say "I was wrong it was 5.Face to face is one of the hardest customer service jobs out there but you have to always be professional. TO ME THEY CAN SAY IT HOWEVER BUT TO MY MOM!. I just hope that the 2nd lady knows it was not at her that I was upset at. She gave us information and all good, she was just missing information.
