  I will never go to this shop because this is a rip off. They only replaced a brake tail ramp (which I brought) for less than 15minutes, but I had to pay $95. This was a bad experience. WTF.

  OK this place not right to do thing here.I don't know how fast,correct their dong ,discount. They all single moral and treat new employees like disrespect and violation under minimum wage before no skills. But I was almost fast moving and try best I can,but The who don't like me is Jimmy!!!! Because he knew I am way better than him except mechanical skill.but I am not to behind. He starting business here after false shop former.but he only focus is make more money as he possible he is going to pay 6.50dollar before tax. He doesn't know how much he wrong doing what's going to happen. He doesn't want me to do any atuo insurance and updated my new address.I gave him favor.give me morning shift Or night shift. He didn't answe my question he said just forgotten

  Andy in the office took care good care of me. Had two screws in my tire, took care of both but only charged me for one. Quick and easy transaction!

  Strongly not recommended!!!!! Bad attitude, unprofessional. Did not pass my VA inspection in mid Nov, because of the exhaust was leaking. So I brought it to "Discount Tire & Auto Service". I was being treated fair when i came in for service. After few hours, I was told the car was fixed. It was late of the day, so I drove my car back to the store where I had inspection few days after since i have to work. It surprised me again, they told me the exhaust was still leaking. So I thought it must still be okay if I brought my car back Discount"Discount Tire & Auto Service", because they did not completely fixed the exhaust. Guess what I was told when I showed the receipt to the cashier （he might be the manager), His first respond was: "there was no warranty on the repair". COME ON!! I haven't told you what was going on, and you were ready to shirk your responsibility? I pretend I didn't hear him, and explained to him that the exhaust was not completely fixed. So he told me again, "There was not warranty on the repair, but they can take a look at it. " "Okay, can you look at it now?" "no, we don't have time to look at it today, all technicians are BUSY!" ***I doubt it..because he did not check the book, did not look at the computer, did not check with technicians. "you can come back tomorrow morning, then we can look at it" then he walked out the door. When I asked when will be the best time to come back. He walked out the door without any notice, and he looked like very upset of me. （I have no clued why!!) So what made me to write this review is the following reason: I looked around the service room over the window while he was not there. I saw: TWO TECHNICIANS, ONE IS PLAYING THE PHONE WITH HIS EARPHONE. The OTHER ONE WAS WALKING AROUND, TAKING HIS TIME. Yea, they are very busy, busy on relaxing. I told the cashier when he came back, and told him that the technicians did not look busy at all. He just acted like he does not want to talk to me any more, and at the end, he told me to come back tomorrow morning with very cool sounds. And then walked out the door again. . . . . . . I dont recommend this place, there is anther Korean auto repair in Annandale is much better than this one. Wont come back any more.

  Not at all an honest place! I went there to have emissions done but didn't pass b/c of the check engine light being on. I was given a pretty high estimate to replace oxygen sensors but was really close to the deadline to get new license plate stickers so I decided to just go ahead and get it done against advice since i needed to pass right away. I was under the impression I would pass right after the issue was fixed. After all of that when I went to pick up my car I was told I wouldn't be able to pass until the cars computer reset itself after around 50 or so miles. Fine no problem... Low and behold 50 miles later my check engine light came right back on. I took it back to the shop only to be told it was something else that has to do with the ABS that is making the check engine light come on. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe ABS has to do with brakes and shouldn't effect the emissions test. After paying 900 dollars to supposedly fix the issue that was stopping me from passing the emissions test in the first place, I was not happy!
