They had a lot of patience, a great sense of humor, and significant input, especially with my indecision. Again, I thank you, and I will be coming here regularly.”
“Trina, was very helpful and even offered to bring my item to the register. Wish there were more registers to ring up customers. Only 2 registers with 6 people in line. Luckily, the wait wasn't too long. And offered to open a Sephora account with discount. Does Customer service/returns help with lines if they have nobody in line?”
“I've been coming to this Macy's for years now. However, If you were to ask me what side of the mall it is located, I'd have no idea! I just google map my way here. There is a parking garage conveniently located at one entrance (maybe more...) of the store.
This store has changed a lot compared to 10..20 years ago. There are fewer customer service desks on each level, making it harder to find someone to ask questions to or just to check out. There are some employees on the floor putting clothes away, but are still hard to find.
They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. I personally found it hard to find what I was looking for, but that could also be because I haven't been there in a while.”

“I was in the area today due to my husband going to the medical center and getting his eyes dilated. Thus, it was possible that I may be the one driving home. Anyway...while he was at his appt., I decided to walk around the shopping center (FairLakes Promenade). I had seen Home Sense before but never got around to checking it out. Finally, got to do that today. At first glance, it looked like it was a furniture store. Yes, they have lots of furniture but a deeper look showed there was so much more. There are towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, household cleaning items, rugs and decorative items. My intention was just to look not buy. However, when I saw the food items, I realized that I needed a shopping cart. Things that caught my eye...imported pasta, pasta sauces, spices, sweets and a cleaning formulation for shower doors and mirrors. Truthfully, there were other items that attracted me but I exercised will power. For example, I saw a lovely vase but my sensible side said "we don't need another vase." There was artwork but sensible side said "We have enough of that and only so much wall space". When I went to check out, the cashier was friendly. I found out, when he tried to get me to sign up for a credit card, that they are part of a conglomerate that includes TJ Maxx. No, we don't need another credit card! My haul ended up costing $35 plus change. Once we were home, I showed my husband my haul. He asked what it cost and was pleasantly surprised. Aw, gee! I'm so proud of myself :D So, no regrets for paying Home Sense a visit!”

“I love target. Absolutely love their bakery department. All sweet ladies. I asked for a last minute 24 cupcake order and wanted the frosting bright pink, the bakery chef got it done in less than one hour. Props to her. Overall, everyone is great. Their sweets are delish. I just wish there were more cash registers open during peak times. But, I’m still giving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Great customer service from Louis in electronics section. Very knowledgeable on products AND deals. Went on July 6th at 1:25 pm to the electronics section. Louis was a five star representative! He was very thorough and helpful and patient with all our questions when concerning about purchasing a device! We appreciated the help without pressure. Louis is an outstanding and great addition to this company. Thanks Louis and Walmart!”

“My biggest complaint is the check out lines- not having enough open for the “rush” times of day is brutal. Second complaint is the produce section being a little less than needed (I wish this was a super Walmart). And the third complaint is the parking lot. These are tight spots and it always seems a bit chaotic. Otherwise- the store itself is great, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Drive up pick up is usually pretty quick and easy.”

“One of the nicer Walmarts around. It has groceries and other department store items. Food is usually in stock, people here are mostly nice, except when they are in the way. Self checkout seems unorganized, especially when there is an issue. It took 10 minutes to get someone to fix the self checkout machines for 3 people. I would go to this walmart rather than the ones in Alexandria.”
