Had the most attentive, empathetic woman (Janelle) helping make sure that my 80 y/o parent was able to get the medicine that is absolutely essential. I came in for a passport photo following a disappointing experience at the neighboring Walgreens. The associate was extremely helpful and explained each step of the process. He let me review my photo, showed me the biometric pass sheet which shows the photo should be accepted by DoS. Overall great experience.
