It should be ZERO star. We ordered a sympathy arrangement from their (Centreville Florist) website for pickup. When I picked up the arrangement on Saturday, I noticed that it is not what I ordered from the website. The arrangement supposed to be 25 inches high and 26 inches wide (picture 1 and 2) but the arrangement that I got was only 15 inches high and 14 inches wide (picture 3, 4 and 5). I told the lady that it is not what I ordered from the website and I even showed her the picture from their website. She then said she can add 2-3 white carnations to build the height. After I got home, I measured the arrangement and it is HALF the size of arrangement that I ordered. I called back to the store and left a message and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I WILL NOT DO business with them again and will not recommend anyone to use them.

Even though the flower arrangement did not meet my expectations. Nor did it arrive within the time frame that I had intended. The staff there, specifically Esther went above and beyond to insure that my flowers arrived on time. And communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. Thank you Esther!

i told the florist the flowers was to deliver to a 90 years old family member who just had a surgery. The florist delivered a beautiful vase of flowers in bright color that makes her so happy! really appreciated the personal touch, great job!

My husband sent me Roses for our first V'Day as Husband and Wife. I know it was a busy day. Something was missing from the deliver and I was told it was going to come the next day(Tuesday). They have not gotten here it. He called yesterday and someone hung up on him. The flowers were pretty but the customer service needs work.

Update 3/1/2022. I dropped by to pick up some flowers, and I discovered they are no longer in Centreville! That's too bad.I called and asked for a sunflower arrangement, it was ready within the hour! It was beautiful, my mother in law loved getting it for her birthday.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day a week prior and was told by my mom that the flowers didn’t arrive at 5pm which is already ridiculously late. I spoke to someone and they apologized and said the flowers should be there by 7:30pm. As someone that works frequently with clients, I’m sure she was already getting a lot of complaints and felt bad and said okay (even though 7:30..is there even a point for flowers at this point?). Called again at 9:00pm since there were STILL no flowers and the girl apologized since there were so many orders they couldn’t get to everyone (as a seasoned florist, you should be better prepared and staffed or start blocking off orders if you couldn’t handle it.) She apologized and offered a $100 upgrade for delivery the next day. I took the upgrade and saw the flowers the next day and they were NOTHING like what I ordered (I ordered an array of different colors..this was purple and white and not attractive.) If I already had so many issues, they should at least notify me that my bouquet would be completely different from what I ordered. Very disappointing experience.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day. Not only did the order not arrive on Mother’s Day, but they charged me for the flowers. This has been a HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT order flowers from here!!!

Flowers are of great quality. Owner and staff are very friendly and fix issues with the service when they happen. I would recommend them for your local flower needs.NOTE: This company was bought out by Flower N Florist recently and this is not updated yet. Also, please note they combined locations during the buyout to a location in Fairfax, VA.

I just received this beautiful arrangement today and have to say it is lovely. So much that I needed to write this review. I have received arrangements from other florists but this one is gorgeous and such good quality!

I won't use them again. I can make better arrangements than the disaster they gave me recently. It was embarrassing. What I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture. Even the person I sent it to expressed their disappointment. Next time, I will go with another florist.

Placed an order recently and was disappointed to see that what I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture. Only thing that was the same was the vase really. Other than that, flowers were missing. I ordered the biggest size of this arrangement to celebrate an anniversary for one of my family members. I was highly embarrassed when I saw the arrangement and my family member was shocked when I showed them what it was supposed to look like. I tried to send an email with photos, but there is no email address for this company at seems like. I will not be using them at all in the future. I made my decision based on the good reviews, but it seems like negative reviews mysteriously disappear. I highly regret using this place. If this was an order where I picked it up myself, I definitely wouldn’t have excepted this.

ordered valentine standard arrangement - which was depicted on the website as full and lush, what was delivered was pitiful bouquet which did not look anything like what was depicted on the website. Not pleased, the one star was given because the vase was very pretty.
