I have been going here for a couple years now and have been really happy with them. Communication is wonderful. The front desk staff are friendly and personable. It easy to make an appointment or reschedule if needed. Dr. Munzig has been my pups primary vet and has helped through dealing with his severe allergies. She is easy to talk to and non-judgmental. She seems to really care in her heart about all her furry patients. I will definitely keep going to her!

We've been using Centreville Square Animal Hospital for 10 years. The staff is friendly and very responsive to questions. The Veterinarians are very knowledgeable and provide excellent care to my dog.

We have been using Centreville Square Animal Hospital for 16+ years. We hàve been very pleased. The doctors and support staff are friendly and try to accommodate our work schedules. Highly recommend this practice.

Would highly highly recommend taking ur pet too them..... Everyone very caring... From the front desk all the way too the end of the appointment....They listen too what u have too say..... & My cat's have personalities all their own.... BUT both the vet & tech handles them VERY gentle & showed they care about ur pet..... NOTHING but a great experience....

I was recommended this to this Vet for my reactive dog. I was clear about how to handle my dog and about his personality. He was muzzled and had an E-collar. The Vet I worked with did not take her time with my dog, however the vet tech was great. My dog now has a bite record. Please learn from my experience. I'm sure this is a great vet for most, but I would not recommend this clinic for those who struggle with reactive dogs.

This team of vets is incredible. I have moved a lot in the past couple of years and this vet is my favorite. Very fair pricing and extremely nice and compassionate staff! My nervous pets have zero issues with office visits. The doctors also are great at explaining things and answering questions. They really care about their patients and owners.

I truly appreciate the kindness that was shown by Dr. Pierce, and vet tech Michael that performed the euthanasia for our cat Mitzy. We knew that she was not improving after several months of intensive home care. They got us in very quickly the same day, and made this difficult decision as gentle and thoughtful as possible. Thank you for the imprint of her paw also.

UPDATE: Centreville Square Animal Hospital exceeded my expectations. When they learned how upset I was, they made it their priority to sit with me and address my concerns. It was reassuring to see their genuine care for both the animals and their owners, rather than just focusing on the money. They paid meticulous attention to details and continue to treat my dog like family. I will keep going there because they remain one of the best veterinarians in Northern Virginia.
As I read all the wonderful reviews, I, too, once shared the same positive sentiments. However, a recent phone call with Gabby, at front desk has left me disheartened. I've been bringing my animals here for about four years and have always been satisfied with their services. Last week, while scheduling my dog's annual wellness visit, I received a voicemail informing me that I would need to leave a $100 deposit for no-shows. I was surprised, as I do not recall ever missing an appointment. When I inquired about this, the most recent no-shows on record were from June 2022 and 2020. I questioned why I was being penalized for something that happened two to four years ago and requested to speak with the manager. I was told the manager was unavailable but that they would make a note of my concerns.
I spoke with a technician who explained that missed appointments result in lost revenue, and this deposit policy was implemented to mitigate that. While I understand the need to protect their business, this experience has made it clear that their priority is financial gain rather than the well-being of the animals, as I once believed. Consequently, I will be taking my business elsewhere. The technician's response indicated that this was acceptable to them. I hope the operation understands the business they stand to lose due to an unempathetic front desk and technician.

Not only did they take us on an emergency basis (not even being patients of the practice) but they stayed late to help treat our dog. They made what was a stressful event into a positive experience from start to finish and we can not thank them enough! Dr. Munzing and Chris were fantastic with our normally vet-nervous dog! Thank you so much for taking care of us!

The staff and vets at Centreville Square are very compassionate and empathetic to the animals and their owners. They are very forthright in explaining what is going on with your pet and treat the animals with concern and warmth. They have been my vet for 20 years.
