We love this daycare. Our 18 month was so loved and well cared for here. The administration was very warm and inviting, his teachers were amazing our child was so happy to come here every day. At home he asks for his daycare teachers. The teachers do a lot of sensory activities, seasonal activities, dramatic play, and lots more. Many pictures are shared throughout the day. Unfortunately we moved and could no longer attend this daycare. We will miss this daycare so much!!

Do not enroll your children at this center. I had my son (4) and daughter (2) enrolled here, and am immediately taking them out due to the following:1) September 2022: My son was left outside with another 4-year-old and the teachers were all unaware. I found him when I went to pick him up. They claimed they would be investigating the incident, but then never followed up. They never formally documented this via incident report for my signature. Had I not shown up when I did, I don't know if they would have informed me of this incident.2) December 2022: My son was exposed to sexually inappropriate behavior from an older student enrolled at KinderCare. The staff apologized and said that they would "setup a program that talks about keeping hands to yourself". Again, this was never formally documented via incident report for my signature. Had my son not told me this happened, I would not have known.3) December 2022: My daughter has a life-threatening food allergy to sesame, and I provided the center with epinephrine, Benedryl, and specific instructions provided by her allergist. On her last day, I asked to have these items back, to which they responded that there "must have been a loss of communication" because the items expired in October (it's now December) and thrown out. I was never notified, which means that my daughter has been attending school for 2+ months without access to life-saving medication. Not only is this absolutely negligent, THIS IS ILLEGAL (look up Elijah's Law in Virginia). To say that I am furious is an understatement, and I hope that NO ONE'S child ever suffers because their system for keeping medication properly stored is severely flawed.If you have children enrolled here that need access to medication, go ahead and ask them to show you where it's stored and see if it's accessible. It's likely that they threw it away and never told you, and your child is in danger. My top priority is always and WILL always be the safety of my children. The above incidents are not a result of "accidents" that happen due to watching toddlers. These are preventable safety issues that could be avoided if the staff here properly cared for these children.If your children aren't enrolled here and you're exploring options, look somewhere else.

Amazing experience for my baby. He had a hard time the first 2 weeks since it was his first time in a daycare. They made sure he felt comfortable and happy. Ms. Blanca is an excellent teacher and I appreciate all the patience she had with my baby, mostly during nap time because she was holding while he slept. All the staff is amazing and a great help for my baby transition. I will miss them if I have to leave lol. My baby gets happy when he arrives and it is excited every morning to go to the center. HIGHLY recommended!

We love this location!!! The app is great!Every day it is updated with notes/comments. Our daughter always looks happy!! The 2yr old class is kept busy with many activities. I share photos with our family from the app with all the activities our daughter is doing and it warms their heart! Miss Kristen and Miss Lauren run the center amazingly. We love all the teachers as well. Everyone is always nice, welcoming and smiling.

This place is very good, they keep me informed of what my daughter is doing and they care about the children's well-being. They do different activities and keep the children happy. You can feel confident entrusting your children to these professionals. Good life for everyone! Blessings

My 3 kids ages 3,6,and 9 go there. Ms Kristen is super nice. Very helpful and accommodating. I see helping out her staff all the time. Ms Diana makes us feel like family and is helpful with all my million issues, always answering and helping with a big smile. Ms Chandler, Ms Joyce, and every other staff member is also nice and give me the impression that my children are well cared for when I am not around. The summer camp is phenomenal!! So many weekly fun and exciting activities. I would highly recommend this center. ~The Roberts

We now have two children who attend this center. The first has been here for a bit over 3 years and the second for a bit over a year. Both children continue to be happy and grow and learn.The staff has remained excellent and even though there has been a bit of staff change for various reasons it has remained excellent. The center director Kristen (and the assistant director Dianna) are super willing to help out with the kids or with any issues and concerns we bring in. (Often having them corrected or fixed without us ever having to voice them.)As for the teaching and care staff, it is almost unfair to call out any handful of teachers given they all play a role watching over the kids. I know the oldest when asked would probably say, Lauren, Stephanie and Mrs. Luz are by far his favorites. As for the little one, I think hands down Blanca is her favorite but I know she will go to Molly and Heba with just as much zeal.I would reiterate that all of the staff has shown in general exemplary conduct and desire to see the kids are well taken care of and given a great learning and play space.

KinderCare takes excellent care of our daughter. All of the teachers are patient with her. She had a rough time with the transition from the Infant room to the Toddler room and all of her teachers (Ms. Heba, Ms. Blanca, Ms. Molly, Ms. Rebeca and Ms. Ereen) were patient with her and worked with her. Now she loves being in the Toddler room!

The teachers there are so wonderful. My son has bad eczema and food allergies they always make sure he is taken care of. My son is in phonics and Ms Lauren is so wonderful. He loves going and tells me everything he does.

My children love this Center!! My daughter is 11 and my son is 6 and they have been attending this center since we moved in 2010. My children have made so many friends. The staff at this KinderCare truly love their students and care for our children as if they were their own. I love each and every staff member and know without a doubt my children are in excellent hands! The summer program is awesome! They go to Splash Down every Wednesday durning the summer! They go to the movies and they do a multitude of events that keep our children learning and growing in the summer months. I love this center and highly recommend it toMy family and friends!
