“After arriving to the rental location I was told my original reservation was given away the day before. The person helping me, Sam went above and beyond to fix the situation. He got his manager and together they fixed the issue and kindly gave me an additional discount for the inconvenience. The lot manager helped me to my vehicle and loaded my bag into the car for me, very kind of her! Over all it was great working with everyone at this location. Dropping the car off was so simple and we were able to get on the shuttle right away back to the airport. If I need a rental car I will definitely be using Enterprise again, and have already suggested to people I know traveling through the Dulles airport to use this location. Ten out of ten on quality of service.”

“I only take the time to post a review when I deem a company worthy of the effort. The service I received from Enterprise at 9854 Fairfax Boulevard in Fairfax, VA, deserves praise! The rep who handled my paperwork is named Michael and he was kind, expedient, funny, and thorough in explaining the paperwork. The car I received was clean, easy to drive, and though I had to extend it a week beyond my original time, there were no issues in doing so.I hope my car doesn't have issues in the near future, but if so, I'm only renting from one place, Enterprise.”

“I will never rent from another company. Marin Morton the area manager went above and beyond. I landed at IAD from DFW and was having a horrible experience with other companies that manipulate civilians to use their resources by shuttling from the airport. Nearby is Go Rentals, I wish I would’ve known about them prior to be given the “run around” for hours. I called Go Rentals and Marin picked me up from my location and drove me back to their office. I had difficulties with payment and she took hours out of her day to attend to my needs. After contacting the proper resources back in Dallas and multiple emails and phone calls Marin did; my day did a complete 180. Look no further then “Go Rentals.” Ask for Marin Morton and she will make sure your experience is nothing short of easy and wonderful.”

“Well first thing first customer service was the worst, made the whole thing a nightmare for me. Once I arrived to Avis in Herndon, I explained everything to Tade & he was quick to help/resolve the issue. He quickly helped me get into a rental, no issues no problems. He was a fast paced worker, he had 4 people waiting, he handled everything fast & professionally. He made everything smoothly for me. “The young lady, Ebony, working here today was very polite and helpful. She immediately acknowledge my arrival when she was busy attending to 2 customers. She looked up my reservation and it was for noon. I arrived a little after 10. She said she will check to see what she can do. She got me an SUV, and got the car cleaned up for me. Ot turned out, the SUV is the Nissan Armada ?. That's not an SUV! It's a bus!! ? I told her that I dont know if I can drive it too many days because its so big. She arranged for me to trade the bus for a small vehicle on Wednesday morning. Whew! I used this Enterprise location many times because of many unfortunate car situations and the location is convenient. I always use my most reliable body shop, Chantilly Auto Body. Although it has been many years, both companies have been excellent and took care of my car needs.”

“This Budget location has recently moved to Perfect Auto on Sudley. It’s a little tricky to navigate to but is definitely a huge improvement from the parking lot they used to operate from. I recently dropped off and picked up a car here and the employee who helped me both times was great — I was in and out in 5 minutes and the car I received was in great condition. Would definitely rent here again”

“We were greeted by a nice African American man early in the morning at the Avis Car Rental office. He was polite & gave us a big smile. He showed us our vehicle. I went back & requested a different vehicle. He went out in the parking lot & selected a much better vehicle, a Toyota 4 runner. I am very happy with the service provided by him at Avis.We traveled in Maryland, PA & New Jersey, attending 2 weddings, visited old friends & relatives. We had great time & the ride in Toyota 4 runner was very smooth & we felt very safe in this big truck. When we came back to Avis parking lot, the attendant was also nice & and sent us off to the big bus to take us back to the Airport. Thank you, Avis!”
“I had an amazing experience at this location - Corey and Tucker were both very helpful, all while juggling multiple calls and people walking in and out. My insurance had not sent over the direct bill information when I walked in without a reservation to get a rental car, so they worked with me to make that happen and were very patient while I worked on that. They also made sure to explain everything up front to me so I could make an informed decision as to my rental and the terms of my insurance. At some point during my rental period, a young man called me from Enterprise to explain to me how many days I had left before my rental allowance would run out which, to me, was very impressive. I have never had someone care that much that I not have to pay extra out of my own pocket if I didn't need to. They ensured I had all the details I needed in case I had to return my car after they closed one evening, but before I picked up my car from the Nova Collision Center that is located in their building - which is a seamless process I might add. All in all, a wonderful experience. I wish I had known this place was here the last time I needed a car and collision repair services.”
