We were a group of 8 people and didnt know we had to let them know some of us had our own shoes cause we were not asked to do that on the first place. We realized we have been overcharged 3 shoes after making payment. We asked for a refund of the service we did not use, yet they opt to charge us for the three shoes we have not used. We will never be returning to this place again. We do not recommend this place. Check your bills.

Usually no issues going to the Cville Bowlero, the service is typically good. Today (between 5 to 630) was probably the worst experience with them. There was no employee at the front counter or anywhere visible in the alley for close to 30+ mins. Searched and knocked on pretty much every door to see if there was an employee available to get us our food/beer that we had ordered when we had arrived. Literally called the alley and walked up to the front desk to pick the phone up ourselves because no one bothered to answer it. Could have walked into the (unlocked and open) storage or even behind the bar to pour our own drinks. Only when we found another "employee only" door on the other side of the alley and knocked on it did someone pop out. And even then it was like we had disturbed their gathering and got attitude back (there were 4+ employees in that room). They aren't lying when they say Bowlero is sucking out all the fun from the bowling experience.

My friend had their kids birthday party there and it was a great time for the kids. They also have a bar for the adults.

We had a great time during an intern event at this place. Ample parking and good location. Good food and service by the staff.

The attendant at the from desk didn't ask us how many games we wanted to play, or if we needed shoes, he just charged us for the special without asking. My friend's shoes were also too large so she had to go back and get another pair. Then we got to the lane and there were so many balls on the return they were literally stacked on top, and I had to put move balls on the ground to make room for mine. During the game, the pinsetter kept knocking over pins every other frame. We reset it three times in a row one frame before just giving up. In the lane to the left of us, they had seven balls get stuck during the game. In the lane to the right of us, the lane literally just shut off twice while they were playing. The lanes also hadn't been oiled in a while and were dry as a bone. Overall will not be returning if I can help it.
Update: Contacted the email below, got a form letter saying they would call me in 1-2 business days. A man called saying he was the general manager, and would leave me vouchers for free games at this location. Went to the alley, and they had no idea what I was talking about but the store manager gave me some tickets for free games.

We recently celebrated my son's 13th birthday at Bowlero in Centreville, and it was an absolute hit! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing.
Booking the event was a breeze thanks to Allison, who was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. On the day of the party, Nick the manager, along with Thomas and Peter, our servers, ensured that everything went off without a hitch. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every detail.
The kids had an absolute blast, enjoying the fun atmosphere and engaging activities Bowlero has to offer including giant Jenga and of course the arcade games. The food was delicious and came out right on time, exactly as we requested. The adults that hung around were also thrilled with the drink specials, which added a nice touch to the celebration.
I highly recommend hosting your next event at Bowlero in Centreville. The top-notch staff made my son's birthday a memorable experience, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you, Bowlero team, for making this day so special!

Really good atmosphere for a weekend. Our 1st lane wasn't laying the pins correctly but the staff happily changed us to a new lane, no questions asked.
Also get the Summer Pass, pays itself off on 2 visits.

Our lane kept bugging out and not setting up pins correctly. On top of that, I was with a friend that flew in from out of state who is 21 and she went to order a drink and supposedly it didn’t match their systems version of the ID so they denied her a drink accusing her of having a fake ID even when she lives in that state and is 21.
