Worst bofa branch in nova. Visited around 4 pm for a wire transfer, the lady made it very too complicated.

Very bad experience from Indian staff. Very sweet speaking people. I was connected with this bank from 15 years. They gave me very hard time for closing my account. 4 times I went there. At last my American sister helped me. I will never suggest to connect with them. Worst experience.

I really do not like this location. The main teller is the worse. I appreciate the older more seasoned teller when I go in. The main teller (younger teller) cannot handle the flow of customers when they are busy. I think she treats men better than women customers.

This location has terrible staffing. Nicco is the only employee worth dealing with, he is polite and professional. The other tellers are incredibly rude and blame the customers for holding up the line if they have multiple deposits instead of having other tellers come help keep the line moving.

Today is a great day because I finally found the Bank of America manager I've been looking for for 2 years! And this is Olga the manager! Before that, she worked at the Bank of America in Vienna and I always signed up with her, because she is a professional in the best sense. She understands all the subtleties and nuances, quickly navigates the needs of the client, finds the best solutions. But one day I came to that bank and they told me that Olga no longer works at their bank in Vienne and could not tell me where she had transferred. In two years of visiting the bank in different places, I have not been able to find someone like that. Recently, one of the Bank of America employees told me that she knows Olga and she works at 13928 Lee Hwy, Centreville, VA. Today I was there and I was very glad to get an appointment with her. She solved my problem with the transaction, which could not be solved before her. She approaches the client's problem very carefully and is interested in solving it. The big plus is that she speaks several languages. Now I am a regular customer of this bank branch! I'm ready to drive further from home, but this manager is a real find!

Bank of America in Centreville, VAI stopped in to get some $1 change for my trip for tipping and had the opportunity to speak with the manager (Ryan Oh) about sending money to South Korea, something I've always been curious about.Even though I didn't have an appointment, he was very helpful and detailed, and I was assured that he would follow up with me over the phone if I needed to clarify anything further.This has made me realize that this is where I would like to take care of my international money transfers in the future. Bank of America in Centreville, VA
I stopped in to get some $1 change for my trip for tipping and had the opportunity to speak with the manager (Ryan Oh) about sending money to South Korea, something I've always been curious about.

Customer service is horrible at Bank of America especially at this location. I recommend banking at another bank in general.

Bank of America doesn't hire enough competent employees to handle customer service and to serve customers properly. I recommend banking at another bank. Customer service over the phone is horrible at communicating simple information and instructions for simple tasks. If you have a loan / account or business account with them I recommend moving to another bank.
